Support team is extremely slow, I lost 2k on one of my rewardable account because someone filed a dispute which was a misunderstanding and it’s been over a week and no one has responded to me. Horrible website

You're talking about money laundering and all that, but even the account I just created is being automatically blocked and asking for identity verification. Even after verifying, you're now asking for detailed personal information via email, even though I haven't made a single transaction yet. You're talking about money laundering? I really think you'll lose a large number of people very quickly this way. You're victimizing everyone because of two fraudsters among thousands of people, and you're not responding to support for weeks. In short, if you continue like this for another month, it looks like you're going to shut down the company. Asking for detailed personal information even on an unused account is ridiculous. We already verified it automatically once, and asking for the same thing a second time via email is absurd. Only children fall for this trap, my friend. If there's money laundering involved, you can file a complaint with the relevant authorities; the prosecutor's office will request this information themselves. It's illogical for you to request this information as an individual. How do we know you're not stockpiling this information? After all, you're not a government institution; you're just a website selling online gift card coupons. Collecting such detailed information from people is not normal, and you have no right to do so, especially not via email. Information is being gathered and I will report it to the relevant authorities.

I redeemed a $300 giftcard for skrill and after waiting more than 24 hours the page is stuck on "Processing taking longer than expected" and honestly i really need this money now and the fact that i've waited over 24 hours even after writing a support ticket the exact moment i got this error shows how they dont care about their customers.
