Locked Account
This company is not trying. They locked my funds and required proof that I bought the giftcard. Eventually I buy the car from my customer so I don't save receipts this company kept the money themselves and after trying to get in contact they couldn't even still respond I uploaded my passport and everything required but still nothing

To explain why the proof is needed: when an account is locked pending verification, we're required to confirm where the funds originated before they can be released. Proof of the original gift card purchase is a key part of that check. We understand this is difficult when a card was bought second-hand and no receipt was kept, but unfortunately we aren't able to lift the hold without it — this safeguards against fraud and ensures funds are returned to their rightful owner. The passport you uploaded confirms your identity, but it's a separate requirement from confirming the source of the funds.
