Identity verification is a regulatory requirement and can be triggered by several factors, including account spending thresholds and automated security checks, not only by doing something "wrong." Your funds are not lost; completing verification is what releases access to them.

We do want to clarify that we are a legitimate platform providing prepaid virtual card solutions. That said, we recognize this experience was not what you hoped for.
Prepaid virtual cards can be declined by certain merchants due to their own security policies or restrictions on prepaid card types. This is unfortunately not always something we can control or predict in advance, and we understand that doesn't make the situation any less frustrating for you.

Regarding the missing balance, there are a few common explanations worth considering. Our cards carry fees including card creation, reload, and in some cases inactivity fees, all of which are clearly outlined on our fees page at rewarble.com/fees prior to any purchase.
It is possible that a portion of your balance was deducted through these standard charges rather than lost unexpectedly.
That said, we are not dismissing your concern. If something went wrong on our end, we want to know about it and make it right where possible.
