The staff are friendly and very helpful. If there is a problem with my rented property they quickly let me know and then follow with a reasonably priced solution - I have real peace of mind knowing that I don’t have to worry about anything to do with the management of the property.

Great experience start to finish. Alicia was very helpful throughout and stuck to quick deadlines I needed for the house move.

Always quick to respond to any issues, would happily rent another property through them

Rex Gooding have been looking after our rented properties in West Bridgford for many years. We have always found all the Staff to be exemplary - very efficient, very approachable and professional. In fact perfect in every way, even during these difficult pandemic times. A great recent example would be Alicia who organised a complicated changeover of tenancy with great organisational skills and attention to detail, while keeping us informed every step of the way. I have recently sold my property via Rex Gooding and have been very impressed with the excellent level of service and regular communication throughout the whole process. Sales team are all very helpful and would recommend Rex Gooding - thank you everyone!

Thankfully house now sold, through another West Bridgford agent. Initially RG make all the right noises but experince shows they don't deliver. Disconnected, miscommunication. Their probabte valuation was also over by £50k compared to another valuer - HMRC were happy to accept the lower valuation saving us £20k in death duties. So RG would have cost us £20k extra in tax. You can do better.

Been at the rented property for over 9 years! Wouldn’t recommend Rex Gooding to anyone! Unprofessional, bad customer service, the staff are patronising, sarcastic and actually think they are better then everyone else. Jackie Richards needs to learn some manners when talking to tenants. They sent me a section 21 in the pandemic when they couldn’t, wasn’t even signed or dated, when got solicitors involved they suddenly had a change in tone and all of sudden became polite!! Ended up taking my dispute to TDS as they didn’t want to give me my deposit back, they had false claims against me.. rubbish company and even rubbish service!! Avoid at all costs!!!

Just want to share that Rex Gooding in West Bridgford Nottingham are Amazing there is particular young lady Reah who is Credit to the company. Any issues that i have addressed with prompt action shes on the case. The organisation does put leaders mangement to shame who where my previous agents. Talk about Duty of care and attention to detail i would recommend Rex Gooding 100%👍

Rex Gooding is the epitome of BAD customer service. What do they actually do all day?
They don’t return your calls.
They don’t return your emails.
They don’t send you receipts.
They don’t send you information they promise when they actually answer the phone.
They do lie.
Absolutely if I could give nil poi I would.

Avoid at all cost getting involved with this company.

I could hardly believe the response I received from Chloe at Rex Gooding. How very unprofessional. I am so pleased that Jackie Richards was upset, as I was extremely upset when she messed up so many appointments and cost me money when I raced back home and no-one turned up. Perhaps when she becomes self-employed she will realize the hurt and damage, not to mention the money lost that I have suffered from her stupidity.

Incidentally I did not sublet the garage. That is libel. Kindly retract your silly reply Chloe or I will sue and I totally reject your disingenous wishes for my health, which I am pleased to state is fine.

Perhaps your time would be better spent getting the damage to the garage repaired, for which I was not responsible!! It is a health and safety issue and the residents at Leverton Court are much aggrieved.

Absolutely disgusted by behaviour of 3 different members of staff in the west bridgford branch. Extremely unhelpful and were mimicking me on the phone-Extremely sarcastic and ended the call in tears. Requested for an application that was then missed for a property myself and my partner wanted. So unprofessional.

Can not rate Rex Gooding highly enough.
From valuation right through to completion they provided outstanding customer service.
If we were to sell a property again Rex Gooding were be our only choice of estate agent.

Solid service when viewing and throughout a relatively smooth purchase - not pushy for feedback on house viewings, but efficient with relevant communications when needed when purchasing. Knowledgeable and helpful across the team. While you don't get a choice of agents when buying a house, they would certainly be top of the list if we were to be selling a property in the near future.

My wife and I recently bought a property through Rex Gooding, Bingham.
Very impressed with the regular contact and willingness to keep driving the sale/ chain forwards in order to meet the needs of those within it.
We were both very impressed with all that Lucy did in the later stages with the updates and also assisting in getting the solicitors to communicate and exchange the contracts.

Without hesitation I would recommend the agents to my friends/ family and colleagues in the future
