Very good - I like the service

Discovered this company during the first Covid lockdown when I urgently needed a 'WFH' office chair and everywhere was sold out..not only did they have the exact model I was after, but at a fraction of the retail price..! I have since bought many more bits and pieces as not only is it a great saving, I like the fact I'm giving the items a new lease of life rather than them going to landfill, so sustainable as well! Delivery is quick and efficient, and very reasonably priced..

The website is clear and easy to navigate. I ordered a chair with the supplement for delivery for a total of 100£. Instantly received an order confirmation and 3 days after a planned delivery day. The chair was delivered on the day and was pretty clean despite slight wear marks, but since it is a Steelcase Leap v1 it is probably ten year old, so incredibly good shape. And even after this time, every mechanisms are working perfectly, and I could never find a cheaper price anywhere else for this renowned model!

Great experience from ordering through to delivery and after sales. We had a small piece missing, which was delivered the very next day and when the delivery driver accidentally damaged something we had received a refund before we had even had a chance to request / report the incident.

I purchased a folding desk, a chair and two cabinets on Reyooz. The desk unfortunately arrived damaged and unable to fold, but the customer service was very reactive and they quickly scheduled a delivery for a replacement desk.

Of course, this is used furniture, so it might have some scratches, dents and visible cosmetic damage, but the furniture is of good quality and sturdy since it usually comes from refurbished corporate clearances. I am very happy with my desk.

I recommend Reyooz.

I have just noticed the other bad review for the self-acclaimed "Abusive MD/Owner", which he is.

These guys used to be good until I spoke to their MD!

I ordered a few tables for my office last Friday and confirmed that they would be delivered this Friday before purchasing them. I messaged them on Saturday morning to ensure the delivery for this week, as they blanked me on Friday after I paid for the tables online. I ended up speaking with Justin, the company's MD/Owner, who was passive-aggressive with his answers regarding the delivery confirmation date from the get-go. I was going to post the whole covo here, but I will keep it as short as possible.

Anyway, after a few childish back and forths, he cancelled my order without my request, which got my back, and I did respond angrily, stooping to his immature level, which I shouldn't have, but I did.

So after an hour, I decided to go back and apologise to him for the altercation so I could try and purchase the tables again. I did pay for the tables, and again he cancelled my order (It's comical).

I then get an email from him telling me he has cancelled my order again. I responded by saying that I still apologise for my part in the altercation and wish him well and that I find it my duty to share my bad experience on Trustpilot, so no one else finds themself dealing with him in particular.

His response was as follows: We are of course happy to respond in kind with the complete transcript from this and previous conversations you have had with our colleagues Eleni and Natasha.

This is the tit-for-tat immature MD you are dealing with, people! No respect, manners or integrity.

I am sure we will have a response from him on here because, believe me, he needs to get the last word in saying something like his team f&%king spectacular or something embarrassing like that, as in his responses to previous bad reviewers.

I loved the company's concept, upcycling office furniture is great for a number of reasons.
Purchasing and delivery all went relatively smoothly, up until: one of the items delivered was severely damaged, and this hadnt been noted at all in the product description.
What ensued after, to try and get a refund, was a number of emails being sent to the company, needing to go as far as threatening legal action before getting a response, and then when they finally replied, the MD/Owner of the company itself was extremely abusive, belittling and defensive in a way that I was honestly shocked to see, especially given our communications had been stern but entirely professional!

PS: beware of positive-review bombing from the company itself, as a lot of those 5 star reviews are very very clearly fake.

PPS: (writing this following the reply to my review) see below for a perfect example of the expletive laden ultra defensive madness the senior leadership of this company attacks unsatisfied customers with.

PPPS: the insanely rude management has now replied and updated their reply, twice! And in the first one were directly insulting, calling me a looney, telling me to get out more... since that section has been removed and a slightly less crazy version has been posted.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HIVE OF CRAZIES!!!

I used Reyooz a number of times to furnish my office with top quality furniture at very reasonable prices whilst saving it from going to landfill. A wonderful bunch of people. I will always support you guys .. as everyone is a winner and also you are a wonderful team to work with.

Terrible service and unorganised

I made an order of 1 table, to see what the service and quality is like before ordering more

I was told I would be contacted to organise a delivery date. I wasn't.

Then I was charged anyway....
Won't be using again

Update: I assure you the review is correct, and I WAS charged £18.00 even though nothing was delivered. It does say on the checkout page that you do not charge until delivery is made, but I got charged anyway.

I ordered two filing cabinets and two tambour cabinets From Reyooz, and to be honest, I didn't have the highest expectations considering the price I paid - a shade over £100 for items that would have cost close to £1,500 when new.

A week after placing the order, and a telephone call from Reyooz customer services to arrange the delivery, the items arrived this morning. I have to say I'm incredibly impressed by both the efficient service and the condition of the items. The tambour units in particular look as good as new, and the filing cabinets are more than fit for purpose (storing items in our garage).

I'm a very happy Reyooz customer and I'll definitely use them again.

Ordered some chairs, they confirmed the order and gave us a collection no date and time. We arrived to collect only to be told we were there on the wrong day. Showed them the paperwork that proved we were there on the right date and time. They said they didn’t have time to find them in the warehouse. Then changed their story to say that they were at a different warehouse and sent us away.

I emailed them as asked later and they said they would look into it. No reply for several days. I emailed again and was told the chairs had now been sold to someone else.

I emailed to complain and the response was :

“The mistake happened because mistakes can and do happen sometimes. We're a very small team stretched and under pressure as we deliver a service at prices no other company in the country attempts to do.”

They did offer to supply different chairs and deliver for free but the chairs need to match some others we have bought.

All in all not a good experience.

Highly Recommended
I saw an item on the site priced at £30, which is way below its original new price. However, I almost stopped my order when I saw the delivery cost was £40. After thinking about the size, weight and distance the item might have to travel, I continued with my purchase to try out the site . The delivery arrived today and I am really pleased with the item. A lovely good quality cabinet, excellent value for money and based on my first order (so far), I highly recommend the site.

Great service, unbelievable prices! Blown away by the service Reyooz offer, I got an absolute bargain on a desk that I had delivered today. Would recommend for those who have shifted to WFH and need good, sturdy equipment.
Eleni was also fantastic at keeping me informed and was very helpful in dealing with any of my queries.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Getting a massive table and pedestal for next to nothing - what's to complain about? And a bit of environmental recycling thrown in.

If you're buying only a couple of items, you'll want to arrange your own transport, delivery fees are pretty big. But if you can pick up yourself, you can get some amazing bargains, even some free stuff. Can't fault it.
