Customer Service was excellent even for a small item and despite the best efforts of DPD to sully their reputation.

I always prefer to use Richer Sounds and my last experience confirmed why. I spoke to a very helpful person, and got my order through in less than 10 minutes.

I went into the store to look at a CD Transporter. I discussed it in detail with Olivia the manager. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the item. I've bought from Richer Sounds before, but this was my first time at the Cambridge branch, as I'd only moved to the city this year. But I will definitely shop there again.

Was going to order a turntable online,but there was issues with the internet.so phoned up Cambridge store and spoke to paul.after a few questions to what amp and speakers I had he gave me some other options.so after taking in the advice I said I would think overnight and get back to him.so glad I had a chat before buying the original choice.in the end I went for the argon audio TT3.paul wasn't pushy,just gave sound advice.great delivery time and price for a lovely turntable which was delivered next day.

Very friendly and helpful advice as well as flexibility on price. Delighted with Argon Fenris A4 speakers and the help from Paul and Olivia in Cambridge store. Recommend these speakers and Richer Sounds Cambridge!

all i can say is what a great guy for advising me on the different options available in my price range.not pushy,just great advice given.so i had a think over night with all info given.phoned back next morning an ordered a different turntable to my original choice.great advice given from cambridge store and delivered next day.

Had an amazing experience at Richer Sounds in Cambridge. Just walked in from the street on a Sunday enquiring about a Samsung TV and Samsung Soundbar. Bradley was very friendly and knowledgeable and quickly set up the soundbar system in the demo room for us to try and experience. (We were not booked in) We were blown away by the product and straight away ordered the TV and Soundbar combo which was on a fantastic Black Friday deal. Delivery was prompt, communication was fantastic. Overall a brilliant experience and we are very happy with our purchase!

When my Rotel cd player failed I was pleased to be told it was covered by the 6year warranty. I was offered a credit note for the full purchase price, from almost five years ago. The replacement model, a Marantz, was currently on offer for slightly less,so I have been able to have a new player, with a credit note for the balance. It was ordered yesterday and arrived today. Paul, in the Cambridge store, was unfailingly helpful throughout the process of taking the Rotel in for repair to receiving the new one. If only all customer service was as good the World would be a happier place. Thank you Paul and Richer Sounds.

I asked for recommendations for a turntable to match the system I bought from Richer Sounds 9 months ago. Paul came back with an ex-display Cambridge Audio Alva TT V2. Which was excellent value for the high spec. We arranged to visit for a demo and they setup the same system that we already had. It was a brilliant match so we didn't even try anything else and came away with an excellent turntable.

Big thanks to the staff at Richer Sounds in Cambridge. I was able to spend some good time testing speakers in the demo room and have now purchased exactly what I wanted to replace my old system. Really great advice, very helpful and fast delivery
