Ordered online to be collected at the Cambridge shop. Was available the next day.

I bought a wall television and a sound bar and ordered an appointment with the installer. The installer arrives and said that the television was too big. Richer Sounds changed my products and gave me a discount. Well, I am not a spring chicken and don't understand the technology. Bravo, Richer Sounds! You could advertise the 'Old Gits Club'!

Had a great experience ordering from Richer Sounds in Cambridge recently. They had an offer on some headphones i was looking for. Ordered for collection from the store and they were ready to collect the next day. Communication on the status of the order was great and the staff member i dealt with very helpful and friendly. I ordered a Denon RCD-M41DAB (Silver) from Richer Sounds online on Saturday evening but unfortunately forgot to apply my discount voucher before completing the purchase.

I called the Cambridge branch on Sunday morning to see if anything could be done. The manager checked my order, confirmed it had already been dispatched, and said he would follow up to see if the discount could still be credited to my account.

True to his word, the corrected amount was credited to my account on Monday, and he even took the time to call me personally to let me know everything had been sorted.

From placing my order on Saturday evening to having the issue resolved by Monday, the speed and professionalism were exceptional. This level of customer service is becoming increasingly rare. A big thank you to the Cambridge team for going above and beyond. I'll definitely be shopping with Richer Sounds again.

The first time I have brought an LG TV 55" C5 I have another TV that is Samsung that is also very good but the LG was at a more reasonable price and features seemed as good if not better a very good 6 year warranty helped the decision & purchase from Richer Sounds I will be back thanks-

So many companies these days deliver mediocre/poor service and it makes a refreshing change to do business with a company that knows about the products they are selling.
Richer Sounds also makes the customer feel valued, again a bit rare these days.
Although I knew what I wanted to buy, Paul was very helpful in answering some technical queries about the product and arranged very prompt delivery.
Post sale I had one or two questions which were also dealt with immediately.
This is what customer service is all about and encourages me to go back for any future purchase. Fully recommend.

Called the Cambridge shop to enquire about noise cancelling earbuds and TJ was really helpful, listening to my requests and came up with the Nothing earplugs as an option. Went in next day and purchased some. Nice relaxed service and informative information. Very happy
