Brilliant staff interaction from the outset . Welcoming , knowledgeable & patient . After initial visit we booked a listening session . Turned up & it was all set up and ready to go .Helpful advice & suggestions. We made our purchase - it was delivered 3 days later . Would thoroughly recommend Richer Sounds , Cambridge .

The guy who helped me was eager, helpful, knew exactly what I wanted, gave me options and then gave me quick check out.
And I was desperate for a charger after 3 hours on a train with no sockets, so this was such a relief!

Bought a Cambridge Audio music streamer from the Cambridge Richer Sounds branch and it was an excellent shopping experience. As a complete novice in the field, I got very good advice and made my purchase quickly and smoothly.
The following day, I phoned the store with several idiotic questions and again got good and patient advice.
The CXN100 that I bought is a fabulous piece of kit and having implemented the various ideas I was given, gives stunning music quality. It’s a great addition to my ancient CD collection.

Purchased Marrantz Melody X package at very competitive price. Staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Particularly impressed when a staff member offered to make up the cables for me.
