Thank goodness we bought from richer sounds and these guys know what they are talking about.

First tv had trouble with native Netflix app, we tried a load of tech stuff to resolve but it was just the tv.

So talked it through with Jonathan and Dan at Cardiff richer sounds and we were able to take it back (within 2 weeks) and Jonathan helped us choose another. This one, so far, has been fantastic.

You get the feeling that the sales representatives aren’t just trying to sell you something. They really know the products and they want to get the right one for you. Fantastic service.

I was/am very happy with the entire proces. I went into the store with a fair idea of what I needed. I wasnt rushed but staff were available when i needed them. Importantly no attempt was made to try and up-sell to me - rather i got the impression they were more intrested in getting me what was best for me. I was happy with the store, ordering, delivery and price. I would definately recommend Richer Sounds, and will be going back in future.

I purchased a large screen TV and intended to collect it from the Cardiff branch of Richer Sounds. When I phoned to check it had been delivered to the branch I spoke to Aaron who took the trouble to check how big my car was and he advised me that it might not fit (he was right as I found out when it was subsequently delivered to my home). As well as the excellent customer service the value for money is outstanding. I have bought several products from this branch of Richer Sounds and will have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. Incidentally the delivery was faultless too.

Great service in the Cardiff shop identifying a tv set that exactly matched what we were looking for. No attempt to sell us a more expensive model. Staff took the set to our car in the car park.

When we got home and tried setting up the tv it was apparent there was a hardware fault on the screen. On contacting the shop it was quickly arranged that a replacement would be delivered the next day and the faulty set collected by the delivery team. Great after sales service that sadly is missing from so many stores these days.

Very quick Delivery!

I called to see if a particular turntable was in my local store, and they advised that it wasn't and to call and order online. It was over the New Year bank holiday. I ordered on the 31st December and it was ready to collect on 2nd January. Great service.

The turntable itself was one that I purchased based on a recommendation on the website. It certainly was one that accurate! I love it! Visually, it fits the space that I had for it, and the quality of the turntable is very good for the price point. Well worth the money. Thank you very much for a great service and great product.

Had a great and friendly service with exceptional knowledge of products on my visit. Only thing I was a little disappointed about was information being passed to other staff members as I was waiting for a TV to arrive, which had but no one knew in store who it was for. So it took me to ring the store and ask where it was and when it’s going to be delivered. Unfortunately it was a birthday surprise but that was spoilt. Never mind, it would not put me off from visiting again as I know it’s a trusted name. Very polite staff and make you feel welcomed

Walked into the store to purchase a turntable as an family Xmas present on the 21st December wondering if I'd left it too late. The staff were realistic and advised if they ordered today it should be in store the following day but that DPD deliveries at this time of year can be erratic. I decided to go for it as I prefer to shop locally if I can saying if it arrived between Xmas and the New Year then so be it. I needn't have worried though as I had a phone call the Monday at 10am to let me know it was ready for collection. Many thanks to Dan and the gang for arranging such a speedy order in time for our New & Old Vinyl Christmas Day Session !
