Bought my hifi here 20 years ago and bought new speakers last week over the phone and the staff member couldn’t have been more helpful and had them delivered for free and they sound amazing thank you

Really like these headphones, clear crisp sound and comfortable over the ears. Absolute bargain for the price point as they feel really good quality!

Thank goodness we bought from richer sounds and these guys know what they are talking about.

First tv had trouble with native Netflix app, we tried a load of tech stuff to resolve but it was just the tv.

So talked it through with Jonathan and Dan at Cardiff richer sounds and we were able to take it back (within 2 weeks) and Jonathan helped us choose another. This one, so far, has been fantastic.

You get the feeling that the sales representatives aren’t just trying to sell you something. They really know the products and they want to get the right one for you. Fantastic service.
