Thank you for taking time to discuss my projector replacement last Thursday 5th March. It was a tough decision to replace our old Optoma projector, establishing I required, price and specifications. Finally deciding on Optoma UHZ35, I'm so pleased with this product.

The picture is awesome and will hopefully provide many happy hours of viewing entertainment.

Prices are competative and a great choice of products along with good information on products. Great support in helping me by answering questions on the product i choose within minutes. Highly recomende.

Great service from Dan who price matched an excellent deal on a LG 55" C5 TV. Pleasure to deal with.

I recently bought a new turntable from Richer Sounds in Cardiff (Pro-Ject Debut E Carbon).
The staff were very knowledgeable, and first provided advice on how to get the best sound from my current deck. When I returned to buy a new turntable, they helpfully talked through a few different options and clearly explained the difference between them.
I’m really happy with the new record player. The sound is great and I’m enjoying playing some old vinyl again.

For my latest purchase I dealt with Mike at the Cardiff store. He was friendly, knowledgeable, happy to helpand made sure I ended up with the product I was after at a price I was happy with.

I've used Richer Sounds (in-store and online) for over 20 years and I know I will get top advice and support without pressure selling or unnecessary extras. I always come away feeling like I've got the product that is right for me and at a good price.

We knew we wanted expert advice, and we found it at Richer-Sounds(RS). Also lots of choice in the stock.
Mostly, our sales guy showed great patience with us. We are OAP's and know little about today's tech.
My only one complaint is that I still can't get my new DAB+ Radio to play in stereo, even after all the money we spent. But I would not hesitate to recommend RS to anyone for choice of stock, depth of knowledge and speedy next day delivery. We travelled from Brecon to visit them and it was very worthwhile.

Staff, that do not pressurise you into top product model, they listen and ask the correct questions to find right product.

Not sure about new separates ,spoke to Daniel and advised me on the models available. I bought amp and cd player of same manufacturer, to say I was impressed certainly so .this was my first time at the shop won't be my last.

I'd already done my research online, so I knew exactly what I needed. The staff sensibly checked I'd got things like the necessary interconnects and knew how to get support if there were any problems. As always, I get great service at Richer Sounds and have not gone anywhere else for audio products in over 20 years.

Great to deal with over the phone, very knowledgeable. Do not promise something they can’t deliver.
