Sorted out my vip discount when it wouldn't work online. Also sorted out a payment issue that wasn't anyone's fault.

The best way to judge a company is how it responds to a problem. The tv arrived faulty, I spoke with an agent and 3 days later it was swapped out. Done. No fuss, no drama. Well done Richer Sounds.

Contacted telesales to follow up on a received quote that beat the price on Amazon. A seamless procedure that was fulfilled within about five minutes.

Friendly well mannered staff to help the procurement.

Soundbar was delivered within a day and a half of phone call.

Just bought an LG 65" TV which was bundled with a first class soundbar and I was helped through the process by Olivia in the Chelsea store. To say she went over and above would be an understatement. She made it such an easy and pain free process for this older luddite 😁
Even got a follow up call today to ensure the courier has delivered and everything
was ok.
Not ordered anything for a good while
but good to see customer service and first class deals are still the stock in trade.

As with all the past purchases from Richer Sounds service and delivery was excellent, also appreciated the price match after I’d bought the Tv after seeing it advertised elsewhere at a cheaper price.

The purchase experience was great. Richer sounds are my go to company for my Televisions. I only gave them 4 stars this time because the delivery driver's came from Birmingham and spoke poor English and whilst in my home they spoke Urdu or similar which I thought was a bit rude. They also rang me before arrival and whilst I was giving them directions to my home they appear to deliberately cut me off. They did however do a good job of putting my Tv together and took great care of it.

Took time and trouble. Found perfect thing.

He sourced one of the last Audio Pro C20 (grey) speaker in stock, arranged for it to be delivered to my nearest store (Chelsea) and gave a discount because it was ex-display. Ed has made my birthday week a joy of good sounding music. I'm looking forward to hosting my friends on Friday.

We buy on line for the price. We buy in store for the service and experience. The assistant took time to find out what I wanted and to let me listen to the same music through each headphones to compare quality. I am entirely satisfied wih the experience of shopping and with the headphones I bought.

From my initial query and purchase was a easy and friendly experience, which always adds to the buying experience. When you receive first rate service it makes it hard to go anywhere else!
