My dali opticon 6 n vokal mk2 arrived today!
Im in love with the setup and i cant praise chester store mangers Chris enough... super friendly, very professional... helped me out every step of the way. Wish more companies treated customers as good as richer sounds! 10 outta 10

Ewan was very helpful and responded quickly to our email which included our specific criteria for a 55" TV.
We visited the shop and found him to be very personable and extremely knowledgeable and he was able to identify a model which met our criteria and price. The TV and stand was delivered next day to the store

Excellent value for money. My call (with Euan) was delightful- he was really and helpful, funny too. He explained everything carefully and in detail. The TV (and subsequently a stand, ordered separately) arrived on the day planned. I'll use Richer Sounds again when the need arises.

The most important thing with HiFi and AV is visiting a retailer who knows what they're talking about with comprehensive in-depth knowledge and key - patience in putting up with Joe Blogg public who think they might know everything - but actually don't! This makes Richer Sounds rather special in this regard. In my local store in Chester - they also have a great sense of humour, always smile and willing to help with any queries you may have. It's the type of place you'll always come first and delivery is superb - which is great as once you've ordered your piece of kit - you want it quickly. Their highly competitive prices and service are second to none, but there's nothing more exciting than going into the shop itself. I love Richer Sounds and have been purchasing off them for many years. Go on - treat yourself!

Fantastic service on the order of an LG tv. Not only was a cheaper offer elsewhere price matched but the delivery I wanted was also reduced too.

Purchased a 65" Hisense TV and Hisense AX3120Q soundbar from the Chester store. Ordering and delivery was seamless great service. On installation there was a problem with the soundbar. I rang the store expecting a fight on my hands, not at all, we can exchange it or sort something else out even though I didn't have the packaging. I went to the store and it was exchanged. Got home and it all worked as it should so very pleased. I have to say I was blown away by the customer service you wouldn't get that service at any other retailer. Well done to the team in Chester highly recommended.

Fantastic service. Well informed staff and incredibly helpful at tailoring your needs and price range to the correct product. Would always buy electrical equipment off them rather than online.

I always use Richer sounds because of their excellent service, products and value.
This time I purchased a CD/Receiver, which, after a short time, proved to be faulty. When I rung up it was instantly "Would you like to replace it or exchange for a different model" I exchanged for a different model and it was with me in 3 days.
I also love their knowledgeable staff who give you advice without making you feel like an idiot when you don't understand technical terms.

Steve at the Chester branch was very helpful and kept in touch via e mail /text,turntable was very well packed and arrived on timer.highly recomended.
