I have used RicherSounds for many years for my AV purchases and am impressed with the extended warranty that is offered with purchases. It does cost but gives you 6 years peace of mind but the real bonus is the fact that if you do not make a claim then at the end of the warranty period you can get you money back - brilliant. I have also found than their customer service is very good but should matters go wrong they have an excellent escalation process in place that really does work. Also they will not be beaten on price on like for like goods. No hesitation in recommending.

I popped in to talk amplifier. Everyone was really helpful. In the end I ordered an off the shelf unboxed Denon AVR-X2800H. After getting it home i discovered it was missing the microphone and the remote wouldn't work so I called them and straight away they ordered a brand new boxed Denon and honored the existing discounted rate. Thats Customer service.

Well, it's taken ten weeks of dedicated collaboration by the exceptionally pleasant Chiswick chaps, but we've finally identified a faulty amplifier, which was hampering the new speakers and new streamer, as well as the old cd player and old turntable. With a new Tangent amp, everything's terrific now, old and new.

I don’t really go anywhere else for stuff. Staff incredibly helpful. Soundbar’s amazing as well. Top recommendation…

Very glad that I went with Richer Sounds. The employees know their stuff, are super helpful (Massive thanks to Simon from the Chiswick branch in London!) and made things seamless. Payment was taken over the phone and the delivery was super fast with no hic-ups.

I ended up going with an open box model (with a 6 year warranty!) and everything was pristine with everything there.

Very happy with everything (Except LG, Didn't realise how bad their tracking was until I checked AdGuard home) and will definitely strongly consider (If not always go back to) Richer Sounds if its feasible in the future.

Love Richer Sounds and great customer service. Not their fault but BJS their delivery partner leave a lot to be desired. But cannot hold Richer Sounds responsible for that, great customer care with RS.

Helpful staff

From my first phone enquiry to Richer Sounds re the TV I was interested in till the moment a gentleman called Medi walked away from my house having set up the TV all I can say is what fantastic service this company supplies.
This isn’t the first experience with them the last time was with the Romford branch. This time was with the Chiswick branch. On each and every occasion the service is above 1st class.
I will always use them.
