Great TV buying experience including a home visit when I was concerned the TV I acquired was not performing as it should.

The staff I spoke to in two locations were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was given a good deal and I’m very pleased with my new TV. Delivery was easy to arrange and arrived at time expected. I also felt that I could get support if required.
I would recommend this company.

Product was sold with a 7 day no question full refund guarantee. Upon return, multiple questions were asked. I was also threatened to a 10% price adjustment as the box was opened. Not at all trustworthy!

A very knowledgeable sales team who did not pressure me to buy the most expensive sound bar. They obviously know the products they sell and offer expert advice.

We had a fantastic experience at Richer Sounds in Chiswick. Freddie looked after us from start to finish and was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful throughout.
We came in with a specific budget for a turntable and speakers, and Freddie took the time to understand what we were looking for and guided us to the right setup without any pressure. His expertise made the whole process really straightforward and enjoyable.
We’ve just set everything up at home, and it sounds brilliant – we couldn’t be happier with the result!
Overall, it was a pain-free and genuinely pleasant experience from end to end. Highly recommend both the store and Freddie in particular.

From start to finish I had 5 star servie from Richer Sounds. Very friendly and very knowledgeable staff helped me identiy exactly the kind of music system I needed for my home and it was great to be able to listen to it in store. We were helped out by both Simon & Freddie, who made us very welcome, provided great and clear information, comparisons & were proactive, yet not pushy, in booking in a test experience. We popped in for an initial discovery visit, sorted out with a booking even on a bank holiday weekend, and then assisted with a simple order in-store for the exact products we were after. A few days later, they were in, and it was straightforward to collect & enjoy our new HiFi.

The team kindly provided the short length of speaker cable we needed to complete the whole system, and the only tiny inconvenience was that these weren't prepped but had arrived cut to the total length we needed, not 2x lengths with one per speaker. I was able to cut & strip these with wire cutters/strippers I have at home, with no worries, so it wasn't an issue, but worth noting to just check if you do get cable without connectors & maybe don't have the tools/experience to solve this.

Overall, this was a 5-star experience, and we'll be back if/when we need anything else, upgrades or more. Great experience, elevated by great people on the team!

The advice I received from Tim was first class and I ended up buying a better TV for same price as the TV I phoned about. Everything from first contact to TV delivery was perfect. The picture quality exceeded my expectations. Delighted with my purchase.
