Nice enough but overpriced

In these days of automated phone systems, a heavy reliance on websites and hollow marketing slogans, it’s refreshing to deal with a company who genuinely put people first. I first spoke with Jim at the Chiswick store in November and there was no sales pressure, he simply listened, understood and advised. My first purchase went very smoothly and Jim did everything he said he would, when he said he would. I’ve now completed my fourth purchase and have continued to be impressed by their service. For anything HiFi or TV related, they will continue to be my go-to. Highly recommended.

Jim at the Acton Branch was my Sales person and he was great before the Purchase and he has been amazing since the Purchase, Lots of Support and good considered advice, he knows his products and he is even chasing up an Issue with the courier on my behalf. i haven't bought from RS in over 10 years but this was a bigger purchase and Jim and Richer Sounds made it simple and pain free.

Supportive assistance and readiness to suggest ideas, good listening skills and overall very helpful

Jim was a fantastic guide and incredibly supportive when I change my mind with no problem about refunds and advice on what to do differently. Joe and the rest of the team were always helpful too

Freddie arranged for me to have a test demo, and was most helpful. Richer is the place to go.

 Overall a great experience Richer sounds is a great place to buy electrical equipment and if you have any problems, it’s hasslefree to get it sorted that’s why I give them five stars

I was enquiring about a particular brand of in ear phones.
I had a lovely browse of the hi-fi equipment whilst it was checked whether the item was in stock.
It was not but I was informed it would be delivered withing 2 days so I agreed to purchase there and then.

My wife went to pick the item up as I was not able to pop to the shop on the Tuesday they were ready for collection.

I am so absolutely delighted with my Nothing Ear Buds.

Have bought a TV, an amp / receiver and an optical audio converter from the Chiswick store and they are always super helpful and knowledgeable. They don’t always plug the most expensive but it’s always quality equipment.

I always found dealing with Richer Sounds easy. Knowledgeable and very helpful staff. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Genuinely knowledgeable helpful staff who didn't condescendingly assume myself and other customers were hifi novices like another retailer in Chelsea which I left because of the staff's attitude .
Ended up purchasing a Cambridge Audio amp from the Chiswick branch based on customer service and will be returning to the same branch for the matching Audio Streamer.

Easy process to purchase online and collect from store. Products were ready for collection the next day as promised, and the store manager was more than happy to reimburse me for a current promotion after the purchase was made. The guys were helpful in getting everything into the car as it needed more than one pair of hands!
