Ordered Tv on line with Richer Sounds.Easy process. Believed delivery would be 5 working days but was in fact 2 working days!
Follow up text message confirming purchase then another message confirming delivery date.
Text message then followed with 3hr delivery window and then a message confirming arrival in 5 minutes.
On the day dealt with Gareth and Mark who looked and acted very professional and were very polite annd friendly .Even offering to take there shoes off before entering our property.

Gareth was a polite friendly bloke. kept me upto date on when he was going to arrive and was on time. Also was very careful and helpful with my product. Nothing was to much. Gareth is a credit to your company. If only all delivery people were like this. Keep him he is a good one 😀

Gareth and karol carried our new TV down to our games room at the bottom of the garden. 100 metres. Very kind of them. They were both very polite and good humoured. Even on the hottest day of the year.

Our television was delivered by Gareth and Paul. I received a call telling me they were on their way and they arrived exactly on time. They were both friendly and helpful taking the time to check the packaging for any signs of damage.

Great Service, from ordering to delivery, communication was good and to the timescale. Delivery was on time and by some great conscientious guys.

Very pleased with delivery service, i was kept informed of progress and actual delivery date. On the day of delivery, Zac, who carried out the delivery, called to let me know when he was close to my house. Items were brought into the house and placed where I wanted them. I was asked if I hade any questions about product and advised how any issues could be referred to local branch. All very professional, polite and engaging.

Gareth was such a friendly person . Put our tv where we wanted it . Wished us good day as he left he was a breath of fresh air . A credit to the company . Wish all delivery people was like him .

Excellent service, love our new 77” LG Oled TV and Sonos arc ultra soundbar, ordered on Wednesday night and had it delivered Saturday spot on service and all products are absolutely fantastic, better still a 6 year warranty on the TV and soundbar, very happy to support local businesses and will 100% be purchasing a new 4k blu ray player very soon from them as still love collecting physical media
