I had my TV delivered today by Gareth and Rob who delivered it with care, on schedule and did a great job keeping me informed in regards to the delivery process/ETA. They were polite and brought the TV into my property to my specification.

All this whilst working in 35°c+ temperatures - well done lads! 🙌🏻

Karol and Paul rang to say on their way and arrived on time. Polite and efficiently the 42 inch TV was delivered with care and attention. I mentioned it was my first online purchase from RS which was established when I worked at Sony UK. Very impressive around. Many thanks Jonathan

I have been very impressed with Richer Sounds from enquiry to delivery. As soon as I ordered I have been kept updated on delivery and given a window of 3 hours the day before. On the day I was notified of my hour slot and Gareth and Rob were so accommodating and helpful and delivered with such care. Really great lads to have working for you, especially in this heat! I was informed of the delivery day & time slot the day before. On the day, I was texted with a more precise timeline and invited to reply to confirm. Then I got a phone call telling me they were 10 minutes away if that was OK. The delivery man was very pleasant and cheery, despite the unusual heat, and told me to get straight on the phone if I experienced any future problems.

Delivery times given were 10:30 - 13:30. Arrived at 10:35 with a phone call from driver 20mins earlier.
Very pleasant delivery person and brought into house.

Trav and Rob went above and beyond the merely acceptable, they were both a genuine help.
No question was too stupid (I know because I asked them) and their efforts (3 flights of stairs) with a heavy TV was exceptional.

My TV was delivered today by Trav and Rob, two very pleasant guys. Delivered the TV to my requested place and gave some welcome advice. A very positive experience with two positive guys.

Exceptional experience so far with Richer Sounds. Purchased a new OLED TV. Brilliant reviews and great discount offered. Always a selling point when the discount is offered direct to the customer from the outset rather than having to haggle for a price match. Also comes with a 6 year guarantee which is reassuring.
Paperwork came through immediately - all correct and in order.
Paid for next day delivery and the delivery team, Gareth and Mark kept me updated throughout. I was provided a 2 hour time slot the evening before and also received a call from the delivery team half an hour before arrival.
Gareth and Mark were great - on time, professional, polite and courteous. They were respectful of property whilst taking the required photographs. The delivery was swift and efficient and I was reassured that if there were any problems, I could give the team a call.
I am sure the TV will be great when it is set up but I am reassured that I can turn to Richer Sounds if there are any problems. Excellent experience all round.

Justin at the shop was extremely helpful in letting me know what my best options were based on how much I was willing to spend. Karol and Paul also did an amazing job with the delivery, they gave me an estimated 20 minute period and they were there just as promised. Trav and Rob from Richer Sounds delivered speedily and fuss free, gave me all sorts of good advice generally and got my new TV to me in mint condition. Couldn't ask for a more capable outfit to look after what is a high spend for me, and was especially pleased that the boys were from Richer themselves rather than a third party that might have felt less invested.

The two delivery men was fantastic. They took my 65 inch tv upstairs for me which made it easier . 😀
