Orderd the tv on the Sunday arrived on the Tuesday got a message to tell me what time the tv would be delivered. Got a text message on the day of arrival asking if it was still ok to be delivered and if there was a problem I could contact the delivery guys directly. The delivery guy was very helpful and courteous would highly recommend richer sounds to anyone five 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Ordered a new TV from Richer Sounds on Friday. Was delivered on Monday. Great communication throughout. Had a text on the morning of delivery with a time slot and then received a phone call prior to delivery to let me know they were on the way. Karol and Rob very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend to all. Thank you 😃

Ordered on Monday and received the TV on Wednesday. The whole purchase process was quick and easy, and the delivery arrived on time as promised. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend!
