Incredibly helpful delivery team. Arrived promptly and phoned before arrival. Clearly explained the guarantee and process should there be any issues. Highly recommend!

Trav and Zak came to deliver my Tv this morning. They rang me before and asked if they could deliver earlier than time advised. So they came earlier and followed my instructions as my property is not easy to find. They brought there in and placed in where I wanted it. They were super friendly. I was very impressed with customer service. Thanks so much.

Great communication from clicking the Order button on the website through confirmation of order, confirmation of shipping, to a phone call to let us know delivery when delivery was 15 minutes away.

Nothing was too much trouble for Gareth and Mark - cheerily and willingly offering to deliver my new TVs to the exact room, even checking if I'd rather them remove their shoes.

As ever from Richer Sound, superb, courteous, quality service, which I genuinely can't fault.

Great delivery service from Richer sounds. Notified of a 3h window 24h before and the guys came at the expected time, also giving 10 mins notice by phone on the day. Zak &Ian carefully bought the order up to my flat. Much better service than the normal delivery companies.

Brilliant service. The guys (Warwick and Paul) were friendly, speedy and went above and beyond to help out.

Opted for the 3-5 day free delivery but the order was scheduled to be delivered in two days. Given a time slot but then received a call half an hour before the time slot saying they could deliver in the next ten minutes if it wasn't a problem. Warwick and Rob were polite, friendly and placed the new TV carefully in the livng room. Great service.

Phoned half hour before delivery. Arrived on time. Delivery team Warwick and Rob were friendly and polite. Placed tv box exactly where needed. Offered advice about opening safely. Box was perfect, no scuffs, dents or holes.
