We received first class service in the Edinburgh shop John served us and was excellent, he gave us expert and knowledgeable advice while helping us select the right TV for our needs. He was also very friendly, mannerly and patient so 5 stars go to John, Thank you.

Always a good service, decent guys who will help you with audio, A/V & related products, they will match a legal cheaper price so you get the best price, good stuff.....

Easy to order online and get my purchase delivered to the Edinburgh shop. I was informed of when it was delivered and had no problem picking it up. Staff were friendly and helpful.

From start to finish my experience in choosing my new living room av set up was a breeze. Jamie was very thorough in making sure that the right equipment was set up for a demonstration which exceeded my expectations in sound quality. After this we arranged the right set up for myself including tailoring the set up to fit my space. Honestly cannot recommend highly enough if you are looking for high quality audio equipment with a wealth of expertise behind it. All the staff at the Edinburgh store were very friendly and you could tell their passion for what they were selling.

Great experience from the initial phone enquiry which the salesman turned into a sale! He offered a good price with 6 year warranty for a new 65 inch tv. Arranged free next day delivery. It was a great choice. Thanks Richer Sounds !

I was looking to buy a TV and soundbar but unsure which make and model to choose. I visited the Edinburgh store and John was extremely helpful in clearly identifying which was the best models to suit my requirements. He followed up my enquiry promptly and answered any additional questions I had. The price was also very competitive but it was the quality of service that convinced me to buy from Richer Sounds.

I saved £60 on a £300 speaker for my daughter. I always check prices on line for large purchases. Emailed and John ordered for me and held it for nearly a week. I turned up with a small bag to take it home on the bus and so they held on to it until I got my car. Very friendly, helpful staff. I I have had loads of purchases from your shop over the years and will continue to shop with you. And there were sweets on the counter 🥰

Seven year old TV needed replacing and after checking reviews, specs and looking at various contenders decided on the one. Found the TV at another retailer at a great price and emailed Richer Sounds Edinburgh to test their price match.
They emailed back with a "better than" price and after phoning the store to purchase and arrange delivery I now have the TV ( and am very happy with it ).
Can't fault the staff, service or price that Richer Sounds provide, honestly can't remember any previous hi-fi or TV purchases not bought through them.
