Wanted a couple of subs so thought I'd call for a deal & I wasn't disappointed.
Spoke with a very nice gent (sorry, unable to recall your name)from Glasgow who did indeed strike a very satisfactory deal with me.
Subs arrived the next day.
All in all - Superb service that all sellers should strive to attain.

Great service from my first contact by telephone. Once my goods were in store, delivery and installation went really smoothly.

I initially had a problem with my portable Bluetooth speaker (an Audio Pro Addon T3+) since the battery had a fault. However, Richer Sounds delivered a replacement very quickly and were very helpful throughout. I'm now a happy purchaser at an excellent price!

My new project will be to re-rip the music off my CDs at a higher quality (probably FLAC format to replace the mp3 files) - it was originally done when storage was expensive and I had to trade file sizes against quality.

Great service , quick delivery , couldn’t sort delivery online due to postcode but Simon in the Glasgow store sorted the issue , excellent customer service from Simon , highly recommend .

Slight rushed. Sold a scat cable which I didn’t require as there was a scat cable supplied. Also, the sales person was not aware of the DVD and its capability’s. I had to note the specific details. The sales person was not aware and noted this, saying it would cost thousands of pounds for the multi region dvd player.
Disappointed as this was my first visit and recommended by friend.

Very helpful chap called David introduced me to a digital stylus gauge when I bought a replacement stylus. He demonstrated how to use it and how to set up my turntable. Very knowledgeable and friendly person. Thank you.

I decided to order a new WiiM Ultra and opted to do so by telephone. I was routed to the Glasgow branch which is rather funny as I now live in Leicester but was born and grew up in Glasgow.

The order was taken by Jordan who was very knowledgeable and sorted things out quickly and easily.

Best of all, my purchase arrived 24 hours later.

The staff were excellent at richer sounds glasgow. I went into pick up edifier speakers for my audio technica AT-LP120XUSB in black to replace my old ones. I usually use amazon or ebay but I to wanted to give richer sounds a try and to be honest it was a much more enjoyable experience to ne in a shop speaking to people who knew what they where talking about . I end ended up buying a new stand for my turntable and cd playerwhich im really happy about. I spent about 15 minutes talking to one off the staff about horror movies you don't get that with amazon. I will definitely be using richer sounds from now on nothing beats the human touch.
