The staff at Richer Sounds in Guildford were superb in helping me purchase my new REL sub-woofer. Dan was exemplary in making sure I got the best out of the product in going the extra mile. Thank you indeed.

First class customer service from only phone call contact. Really attentive, only negative was delivery was delayed by one day on the expected date of delivery which wasn't a concern but could have been if I'd been working that week. More notice would be helpful if delay in delivery.

Super helpful team. Ordered a 55 inch TV. I don’t drive and delivery’s in my building are a bit iffy. Picked up from the store with UberXL with no issues. Didn’t know this place existed but I’ll be back if I ever need a soundbar or new headphones etc

I needed to replace a cartridge on my Roksan Radius 5 and I spoke with one of your Guildford team (Phil?). We had a long chat and he was very helpful. The outcome was, on his recommendation, I bought an AT-VM95ML. I have installed it and it sounds very good. I understand that, as it is a mechanical device, it does need some “running in”! So, I’ll see how it is after a few hours playing.
I would definitely recommend checking out Richer Sounds for any HiFi purchases!

I always shop st Richer Sounds for TV’s & Projectors.
The staff are very knowledgeable and professional and the prices are very affordable.

The order process was very good online. The delivery was made by a third party and unfortunately the TV wasn’t in working condition. We informed the local Richer Sounds branch and they exchanged the TV immediately. Although I purchased online I was glad that it was through Richer Sounds who have a good branch support structure as well

I ordered,on the phone from Guildford Branch two Sharp 32 inch smart TV’s.
One arrived with the screen broken and a replacement arrived the next day which was excellent service.
These TV’s have an excellent picture and sound.
They are very difficult to set up and take hours to keep having to use your phone to join the various apps and programmes.Once set up they are brilliant but surely the process could be made easier and quicker.

Wish all companies were this easy to deal with! Spoke to a really awesome chap in the Guildford store called Roland! Super helpful, very knowledgeable about all aspects of the projector I wanted to know about. Even had an open box item that had a decent discount on and then 10% off on top again for being a VIP member. Also had a courtesy call from Roland a week later to see if I was enjoying the product. A proper old school style setup which you can't put a price on!

The Richer Sounds team are always knowledgeable and helpful - in this case they recommended an excellent and good value TV in Guildford, allowed us to order it to a different branch (Watford) and then helped us collect it when we got there.

The staff at Richard’s Sounds advised me how I could connect my Sonos system to a turntable - this was very helpful on my decision making.
My new turntable and Sonos speaker arrived the next day as promised.
I am now enjoying listening to my old vinyl records.

Your colleague really listened to me and could not have been more helpful.

We appreciated the help and advice we received from the shop manager and the aftersales installation and advice much better shopping experience than the well known large store recentltly
