What can I say about them?
I have been purchasing Hi-Fi separates from them for many years now, when they had only one tiny cramped shop on London Bridge Walk.
They are a good, real down to earth company with no fluff and very keen prices.
This latest purchase of new speakers certainly won't be my last purchase from them either!

The deputy manager Dan at your Guildford branch was most helpful. Dan understood our needs and guided us to the right TV & Sound bar. I would goes as far as saying Dan would be an asset to any company that employed him. Richer Sound have trained him well in customer relations, so we’ll done.

Both members of staff were more than helpful -did not rush us and answered all our questions. The goods were delivered the next morning as promised and are now being used. ~Just excellent service -as before - that's why we came back for more help even though other shops were nearer.

Excellent service and really helpful staff, who even opened the shop early for me. The projector although not in stock in the shop, was delivered the next day as promised.

Very helpful sales person. Good knowledge of product and competition. Competitive pricing.

Called & spoke to Dan, I knew the TV I wanted & advised Dan that I'd found a better deal, we agreed a price which was acceptable to both parties love it when you can actually do a deal rather than get the standard no, sorry.

Called to place an order (website said to call due to low stock levels). Tayla from the Guildford branch was incredibly helpful, friendly and efficient. Gave me great advice and sorted my order, which arrived quicker than expected (and exactly as described!).

The whole experience was top notch. I called the Guildford store and Roland helped me purchase the LG G-series 65" OLED Evo 4K wall mounted version with the LG US70TR soundbar. Roland was super helpful, and recommended an installer they have used for many years - Ben. The installation process was excellent and Ben set everything up including the soundbar. The TV is outstanding and we are super pleased with the soundbar and speakers. Great service from start to finish and a great deal all round.

I wouldn’t buy my AV equipment from anyone else. Staff always knowledgeable and helpful, they price match and give a long warranty. Plus supporting a local High street business. What’s not to like?

The sales people (staff) are knowledgeable about the TVs, sound bars etc and know the specs of each and can link it to what you are wanting. The price is reasonable too.

The quality of the products speak for themselves.

Great customer services, Tayla specifically is always a pleasure to deal with, helpful, professional and has meant I go here before anywhere else!

Great range of items. Easy to navigate website. Once item was ordered I received regular updates on how my order was progressing. I was called on the expected date telling me my order was ready, which I duly collected from the friendly, helpful shop staff.
