Super-helpful and knowledgeable people.

We had a problem with our CD/ Radio . Rang the Hull store was told to return it to the store. Took it back in to them in the afternoon arranged for a replacement to be delivered to my home address the next day . No hassle and I received it the very next day . Now that is very good customer service.

First class product at a very good price, ordered online collected from store the following day. Easy!!

From calling at your shop for some advice on a new TV to replace the one bought from you 6yrs ago i ordered one with you the advice was spot on warranty is second to none, price was good and delivery was great and on time you are 5star to deal with and would recomend to anyone keep up the good work staff are excellent.

The first contact I had was I think with York branch who searched for stock of the product I wanted from clearance -audio pro addon c3 - and said there was one ex service left in Hull and that they would check with them and ask Hull branch to call me
Same day, Joey I think from Hull called and gave me a description of product and confirmation it was the right one, and that it was cheaper than I expected then did payment via the link.
I received the item next day -

We've bought several TVs from Richer Sounds over the years. Good prices, warranties and great choices to choose from.

They have always been very helpful both over the phone and in their shop (Hull).

Most importantly to us, is after sales care. If anything goes wrong or you need help setting up etc, someone will always help you. That's the reason we only ever buy all our TVs from them....the 'after sales care', because they really do care and happy to help 😁🤞👍

When deciding to upgrade your HiFi, you can read many magazines, but in the end listening to the options is the only way to make the personal choice. To this end, the Richer Sounds team in Hull, under the guidance of Paul and his team was and obvious choice. In advance of a listening session we discussed options with Paul suggesting speakers which I had initially discounted. I never would have thought that two Amps could have such a different effect on the same speakers. With Pauls patience, having listened to the combinations with various music genres, a choice became apparent. I now look forward to receiving my new hifi in the next few weeks and enjoying hours of music in the future.
