The manager at the Hull store was very helpful on both visits to the store. He was very pleasant and explained what I needed do to connect the dvd player to the television. I think his name is Paul. The other member of staff was also very pleasant too.

Always a pleasure to buy from this shop for the last couple of years since finding this shop always purchase my electrical from here the staff are very friendly and extremely helpful and always endeavour to get the best deal for you ,i would recommend to anyone

It being the nearest one to my home, I contacted Richer Sounds Hull shop by email for some advice on turntables and speakers. Laurie from the branch replied promptly, with the information I needed. I subsequently went in to the shop, spoke to Laurie (who interrupted his lunch break to do so), had a look at, and then bought a recommended turntable, with upgraded speakers, at an excellent price which included healthy discount. Engaging, knowledgable staff, exceptional customer service and advice, and a simple, efficient transaction. My first time shopping at Richer Sounds. Don’t know why I left it so long…..

Great and fast efficient service. Well pleased

After looking around for a couple of weeks we decided to pay a visit to Richer Sounds at Hull. Very pleased we did as Paul explained everything very well and we ended up with a Samsung 65 OLED compete with sound bar at a competitive price and delivered within a few days. Very pleased with the tv and the service provided by Richer Sounds many thanks.

We had a TV installation and Paul, who fully installed it, couldn’t have been more capable, friendly and informative. We are also delighted with the product.

Some of the best customer service around along with very decent pricing. I had delivery issues with some of the equipment but they were sorted immediately by speaking to the sales team and no bother getting through to them. It's just how it should be but rarely is.

As usual. At richer sounds, service 10 out of 10 I ordered a Manhattan recorder but to order one in as the shop did not have any in stock maybe a little in stock would be a help.

From the first contact with Kal to collecting the goods excellent service. Kal went through a couple of options re my choice of equipment but agreed my choice was excellent. Placed the order over the phone and collected the next day. Chappers did the heavy lifting carrying the shopping bag to the car😉. seriously great service.

Great demonstration, prompt service and delivery. The one drawback being that having read all the very good reviews about the Majority Quadriga I decided to compare it to the Ruark 3S. My mistake as it's cost me a lot more. Result - somebody else in the household not too happy with the outcome.

Friendly staff when ordering. Came when said it would between times quoted. 2 drivers to deliver. When i wasnt there myself. The driver took picture of my partner and his name. So made sure it was safe to leave. Very impressed.

It is simply an absolute pleasure to visit Richer Sounds in Hull. The staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Also, every visit reminds me of shopping at your London Bridge store in the 80's, I do love to reminisce!

The young man in the shop was helpful and friendly. The delivery was on time and the delivery men were more than helpful as we needed to request a specific delivery time. Overall a pleasant shopping experience.
