Excellent service, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

From my original request, to the team tracking down the streamer to having a listening room set up and walking away after buying was just about as pain free and simple experience as you could ask for. And I haven’t even mentioned the price quoted for new was cheaper than I’ve seen used units on a well known selling site go for. The Hull team were superb 👌🏻 as Arnold once said, I’ll be back….

Excellent service from start to finish, after doing some online research we visited RicherSounds, service and advice was great and the purchase was made efficiently. Delivery was arranged exactly when required. TV and sound system arrived on time, preceded by texts to confirm time. Items carried through to desired room. Both products are excellent and really happy with service in the shop, delivery and products. In addition the price was fantastic and beat their competitors hands down.

Friendly helpful staff, I wanted a simple, inexpensive phono pre amp. No selling something more expensive than what was wanted, clear advice no blinding you with science.
Item ordered in store and delivered promptly in a couple of days. Highly satisfied.

I ordered my item over the phone with a friendly man called chappie I think his name was.he put it aside until I went into town to pick it up. A lovely man called joey showed me how to connect my Manhattan T4R 2TB to the back of my TV. It only took 10 minutes to get it up and running. Would recommend Richer Sounds.Really helpful and knowledgeable people who work here.

Staff were very helpful and listened to my request, and although the product wasn't available in store (Cambridge Audio AXA35) that day, they arranged for home delivery for the next day.
The delivery happened arrived slightly earlier than the given time slot. The product was in perfect order and was up and running within 20 minutes.
