Great experience as usual. However, I ordered and paid by phone believing that the item would be delivered to my local store for collection - the guy said he'd phone me when it had arrived - but instead it came straight to me. Fortunately I was available to receive it. So no cigar this time!

Bought a Panasonic tb-65w60aey and being completely honest, one of the best experiences I've had so far. Amazing company. You cannot beat their prices. If you think you can, give them a call and they will reduce the prices even further.

I made an easy online order and collected in store. Excellent products with excellent descriptions to inform my choices. Competitive prices. Really helpful staff in store. I wouldn’t buy from anywhere else.

Carl who I dealt with over the phone was very helpful. He chose to listen as well as advise,he suggested some things I took on board but was also empathetic to what my needs were. All goods arrived promptly and in good condition. One small point I needed speaker wire to complete my connections and it would have been useful to have this supplied. However my overall reaction to your service and goods received was a very positive one. Thanks to Carl for your help. Steve

I am not tec savvy and needed a new TV Richer Sounds was my first port of call in Kingston, Surrey and I was served by the lovely Myles who had the patience of a saint. He was humorous, knowledgeable, patient and even offered some one to come and set the TV and wall bracket up for me, just what I wanted and needed. I will always go there for their sound advise.

I found the best prices on the market on a oled tv and on the top of it I got a free soundbar! It feels great to have a store to visit and staff to talk to, it makes the whole experience much more comfortable in so many ways.

Great experience, they had exactly the cable I needed, did NOT try to sell me an expensive alternative I didn't need and were able to solve another problem I had regarding certain televisions. I was actually amazed at the knowledge of the sales person!

Just went online to check Richer Sounds price against a TV I was about to buy from my local Costco store. I was amazed to find it more than £100 cheaper AND came with a free soundbar and sub-woofer. I was able to pick up the TV within 2 days of placing the order.The store called to say they had it and it was ready to pick up immediately. Great experience from start to finish and will always check out RS first in the future
