Very good customer service. I had 3 demos at the Kingston store and Sunny was very helpful each time and at no point did I feel that he was a burden for them to spend time demoing the equipment. I felt I got good advice and when I wanted to change the hifi separates I had bought there was no issue and they arranged for them to be picked up from my house at the same time as the new equipment was dropped off.

I ordered the product in store, having received expert advice from a friendly and helpful sales assistant. The order was delivered on the day I asked for and proved to be an excellent product.

The product was delivered to my local store on schedule and I received a personal call to inform me that it was ready for collection. Very easy experience and reasonably priced.
