Very knowledgeable and excellent service

I always shop at Richer sounds because can’t beat them on price and service staff are so helpful especially James at Leicester branch

Had some great advice when upgrading my turntable. Of course, don’t leave the shop without buying!
Great service as per usual

The shop was quite busy so had to wait quite a while to be seen by a member of staff.
I was really pleased with the level of service, the member of staff was very knowledgeable and helped me decide on what I was looking for.

The service i received in the shop was excellent from Levi in your Leicester branch. I did however receive a 55 inch tv instead of a 50 inch television and was worried that it wouldn’t fit fortunately it has gone in ok although it does go over the window ledge a bit but still looks fine. I am very pleased with the sound and picture quality of the top of the range Hisense tv that I have purchased. Hope I’m still pleased in a years time. Thanks for all your help. Well done
