Having been let down by John Lewis's failure to deal with a guarantee claim I have been looking for a replacement Samsung Quantum Dot TV. I ended up exchanging messages with Justin at the Liverpool branch of Richer Sounds. Although I wasn't able to get the set I wanted, Justin dealt patiently with my enquiries and offered valuable advice. Thanks.

I was made welcome as soon as I entered the store in Liverpool. I looked around as I waited for a staff member to become available to deal with my enquiry. I was attended to by Diego whose name I seen on the web site. I had called in to get advice on why the screen clarity on my Sony KD 48 A9 had started to darken giving us a less than acceptable viewing experience. We discussed the issue I had highlighted and we had a very interesting and informative, for me, twenty minutes or so. His knowledge was exceptional and I was surprisingly able to understand everything he went over. I left the store very satisfied with the thought that I wasn't the end of my TV but with the added bonus of the assurance that I could return, if my problem persisted, at a later date when we could explore other options for me.

I needed bookshelf speakers to Bluetooth-stream music and also plug into my Mac for music production and mixing. Staff at Richer Sounds Liverpool were very helpful and I’m very happy with my purchase.

Staff were very knowledgeable and very helpful. Rang me when my product had arrived for pick up and even directed me to websites that could help with the calibration/set up of the projector.Top service.

Two visits to the liverpool branch next to the bombed out church near the top of Bold Street and both staff members who served me were very helpful, despite me only wanting speaker cables

The sales person that dealt with my telephone sale(David Jones in your Liverpool Store)was extremely helpful and very professional.

Diego was very helpful and made it easier to choose within my price range where other stores where consistent in trying to sell me more expensive products. Overall a great experience

I purchased a 48” TV from the Liverpool store which was just what I needed.

The sales man carried the TV out to my car and placed it in the back seat, which was great as it was quite heavy.

He was very friendly and helpful which I appreciated.

I made my purchase of an LG OLED65C54LA and surround sound completely contrary to todays trend of viewing in shop and buying online. I researched everything online, then called the shop to match prices. Kelvin who answered was awesome, patient and professional. No need to match prices, they were already £200 cheaper than the closest online price.

I was purchasing across 2 debit cards (living beyond means as ever) and Kelvin patiently sorted the half price sound system discount despite it being 2 purchases (promo offer was for items bought together). Then he patiently waited while I screwed up several payment links. I hope the nightmares subside soon kelvin :)

Delivered just 18h later and perfect. I don't need to review the OLED TV or soundbar (if you know, you know).
