Went that extra mile when I ticked click and collect when I wanted it delivered to my home.
They arranged next day delivery for me and it arrived on time.
Excellent customer service.

Very friendly and competent phone call with Steve in Maidstone.
The only problem I had is when I had to pay the platform used by Richer Sounds didn't work so I had to make another attempt with anpoher bank.
Delivery was very promptly in less than a week I had my Yamaha amplifier.

Very helpful. Knew what we were looking for very quickly and pointed us in the right direction. Gave us a good deal. Highly recommended.

Steve made it happen, took us through the options, steered us to anti glare which was a great bit of advice. Got is a great deal and we had no messing about with additional coatings on delivery etc which is much better service than other companies.

Bought this Denon soundbar to upgrade my previous one. Manager at local store price matched the soundbar I was after online. Picked up and paid for a week later with added discount. Easy to setup and sound is superb with subwoofer for added bass. Excellent sound and value with 6 year warranty too. Highly recommended!

I have used Richer Sounds a few times now to purchase items. They have always price matched the price of any TV prices that I have looked at. One of the benefits of purchasing from Richer Sounds is the extended warranties that they offer on most of their TV's at no extra cost. I dealt with Jason and Steve while purchasing my latest item and as usual their customer service was outstanding. I would recommend Richer Sounds.

I recently bought a Hisense TV 75U8QTUK and Hisense sound bar from Richer sounds at Maidstone store. Having looked at same TV elsewhere, Richer sounds were the cheapest. Ben the store manager was very helpful and explained the details and different brands very well . The picture and sound quality of my TV is just amazing. I highly recommend this TV and also Richer sounds 👍
