Richer Sounds - Maidstone レビュー 

I have been using Richer Sound in Maidstone for a couple of years now. The staff are always friendly and very knowledgeable, especially Ben the store manager. Products are dispatched quickly and at competitive prices.

Very helpful well informed member of staff, helped us make our decision about which tv to buy quickly and efficiently!

The staff were very helpful and explained everything I needed to know. I am very happy with my record player and am happily listening to my Elvis records again, not sure my husband is as happy though!!

Another purchase which arrived on time in good condition, excellent service and products would recommend and use again.

Good company to deal with, the Maidstone branch was very quick at answering the emails and informative, placed my order for a out of stock turntable and it turned up earlier than expected and it’s great 👍 shame I couldn’t call the local shop (Maidstone) and talk to them in person tho .

Richer sounds is a very professional outfit, you only have to look at how long the staff have been with the compony. Excellent help will which Tv and turntable to buy. Very happy with the service and at a good price, i will be be using the shop again.

I walked in not knowing anything about turntables and amplifiers and what speakers to buy for my first setup.the gentlemen suggested the argon Audio and built in amplifier in with the speakers .and the sound it producers is amazing .Excellent customer service from start to finish Definitely going back for Upgrade . I wanted to compare the Audio C10 speaker against the Sonos systems. They had them all set up and I was able to clearly hear the difference in quality of the speakers. No rush and no pressure - and they matched the online sale price. Just a brilliant service all round

Great people at Maidstone store. Always found a solution to my Audio problems and always got a good deal. There at the end of the phone when you get home and need help in getting things up and running right.

Advice
On contacting Richer Sounds for advice prior to purchasing re existing TV not working I was not advised to try switching on the TV at the side of the set. My ignorance but was told to reboot by usual method. Still did not work thus led to me purchasing a new TV from Richer. I have bought a few TVs and recently a music centre from Richer. Other than that I was very satisfied with Peter who installed the TV.

The Team at the Maidstone branch are very welcoming and knowledgeable and truly passionate about the products they have in their store and if they can't find what you need at your local branch (Quality,price and budget) they may source it from another of their stores.
