Rang Middlesbrough shop and spoke to Paul. Whilst he did not have the WiiM Ultra and Audio quest Rocket 11 speaker cable in stock, he said he could get it shipped to me the next day.
They arrived on time. The WiiM streamer is excellent, within 10 minutes I was streaming FlAc music from my NAS with no effort what do ever. And wooh, what sounds!

The item I was looking for was out of stock but the guy in store ordered it and it arrived at the store within 48 hours.Got a text and e mail letting me know it had arrived.Spot on service.

Excellent service from Middlesbrough branch. Offered me a very good deal on samsung 83 inch tv. Very helpful and also flexible on delivery as I am buying a new house.

The sales manager dealt with me when I attended Richer Sounds. He was polite and very knowledgeable. I have purchased items from this store on previous occasions and found them to be reasonably priced.

Phoned to check on availability of a Wiim Ultra to take advantage of the excellent price deal. Excellent response from Stuart who confirmed availability and reserved one for me. Called in to the shop next day and received super support from David who demonstrated the set up using my own USB stick, and sold me the reserved Ultra. The set up at home was very easy and the product is superb. Great result all round!

Excellent service, listened to what I wanted, made great recommendations and was patient when we had to reselect due to sizing and space issues.

I can honestly say the staff and the business are great . Faulty tv , 4 yrs old had their 6 Yr warranty cover. Set could not be repaired so replaced with a similar spec of my choice . Advice was great and service outstanding. That's why I only use this company for my tv's .

Clear and straight forward and when the price changed a week later they refunded the difference!!

Very helpful,knowledeable manager who explained options carefully and patiently for a non-specialist.Competitive prices and lived up to my past experience of excellent service from real people in a real store.

Your salesman was polite & helpful, only issue I had was he didn’t offer me the lead that I needed to connect up so I assumed it came with the subwoofer, which it didn’t so ended up getting one from amazon, so he missed a sale there .

Explained in a phone call prior to visit what I was looking for! Upon visit to shop was welcomed by Stuart who remembered my call. I went through all the options and some of the turntables I had been researching on line. Was guided to a set up and speakers that were just what I was looking for, explained why some of the options I had seen wouldn’t fit the set up I wanted. Shown the cd option online whilst in shop and advised the best choice for me also.Smooth process throughout very knowledgeable and ordered for delivery which was also smooth and kept up to date throughout. Had some difficulties wiring up down to me, rang the shop and they went through this with me and resolved with no issues!

I have used RicherSounds for years. Decided to make a large purchase in a distant store whilst visiting family and the service was exactly as expected and as I have always received. The stores are always busy however the staff will do their absolute best to deal with these situations and serve everyone with knowledge, experience and care. Let’s face it they are busy for a reason! Another great RicherSounds store.
