Excellent service from start to finish, all staff friendly and knowledgeable.

The staff are very helpful and very informative they dont push you at all this is how a shop should be run

after initial disapointment that the TV I wanted was not available at the Middlesbrough store, Shaun came back to me with a solution/delivery from another store which as worked out fine

Great service and brilliant advice

We had arranged for a demonstration of a soundbar and subwoofer and were very impressed the sales man was very helpful and explained all about it. In fact we bought it there and then.

Visited Middlesbrough branch after Xmas looking for a sound bar. Discussed options with the helpful staff, who as usual showed great knowledge of the products available. Eventually settled on a Denon at a good VIP price. Performs well and. Ideal for our lounge layout.

We spent quite a lot of time with Paul from the Middlesbrough branch getting advice about choosing a TV. He was patient and happy to turn the shop lights off to get a better idea of reflection and picture quality, explaining all the options for us. We opted for an LG C5 which we are very happy with. He had to order it in and it was with us in less than 24 hours....brilliant service...

Very helpfully tele sales initially who told me they didn't have the item I wanted in stock but that I could phone one of their shops direct who still had the product and order from them. Called the store in Middleburgh, very helpful and order was placed in 5 minutes and item delivered.

Great service from initial enquiry to receiving my purchase. Was initially going to have item delivered to nearest store to collect, but was offered free next day delivery to my home address saving me 40 mile round trip. Also price as VIP member saved.
