Excellent advice form Richard in the Milton Keynes store - my mother was looking for a bedroom TV, and after listening to what she needed, Richard showed us some options including the Hisense, which we bought because of its Freely functionality and picture quality.

Although it wasn’t in stock when we bought it, Richard kept us updated on progress and was in store for the handover.

Excellent service from an excellent Richer Sounder.

The staff team had great knowledge about all the systems for sale, giving us time to consider, with no pressure to buy… all felt like a pleasant purchasing experience.

Excellent across the board. Very knowledgeable, friendly staff and a competitive price which matched or bettered any other offers available. Arrived promptly and I was contacted the day before with a time slot then again 1 hour before delivery. Cannot fault, 5 stars.

As always great experience and advice at hand. Purchased Sonos Mini-Sub and collected from store. With a 6 year warranty what’s not to like.

Due to my hearing problems Adam was able to tell me which one would be the best forme. He was not wrong. Brilliant soundbar by polk. Instructions easy to follow.

Excellent service. The salesman even carried out the TV that I had purchased to my car. The sound bar that I was going to collect was not in stock but was delivered within 2/3 days. A great new tv & sound bar from L&G.

Excellent help from Richard in RS Milton Keynes when demoing a couple of potential new Amplifiers. I chose the Cambridge Audio AXA35 to replace my 20 year old Marantz and I am very happy with the purchase. It sounds great. Cheers.

I'd like to say a big thankyou to Adam, who made my recent experience a real pleasure. I visited the store with a plan to upgrade all of my equipment. His knowledge and experience served to relax me that what I was looking to purchase was correct for my needs..
I ended up revising my original plan and trusted his advice. The guys in store are unbiased and give honest opinions. The whole team are such nice guys, and I can see why people favour the service over other businesses.. I came away very happy, and felt very well looked after! My click and collect order was ready the next day and the staff even carried it out to my car, which was very nice of them.

Had an idea what we wanted but Assistant was extremely helpful and explained all to us...took tv away same day.
