Richer Sounds - Norwich レビュー 

Wanting to upgrade my home speaker system i visited Richer Sounds shop.
Having already narrowed my speaker and receiver choice I was after some expert advice.
On arrival I was promptly welcomed by Tony (Norwich Manager) who discussed my requirements and took the time to show me the demonstration rooms. After confirming my requirements I placed the order. Whilst the items were not in stock they arrived within a couple of days. Many thanks to Richer Sounds.

Professional and Good honest advice without any pressure to buy ,but did and am very satisfied with the product .

Great service and friendly staff. Competitive pricing and a great range of hi-end, quality hifi equipment and products.

I bought a Denon DM41DAB mini system. It had an intermittent issue of not playing CDs or refusing to skip through tracks.

I took it back (having made sure the shop had a replacement in stock) just before the initial 30 days was up. Luckily it played up just enough in-store to convince the staff that it wasn’t quite right. I got a replacement and it has performed flawlessly. (So it wasn’t just my aged dirty CD collection!).

I ordered a Pure Classic hifi unit over the phone with a very friendly man at Norwich. An immediate price match with another retailer was arranged along with a 6 year guarantee.
The unit was delivered the next day but unfortunately had a faulty speaker ( not Richer Sounds fault obviously). An immediate exchange was arranged and a replacement unit was delivered the next day.
Brilliant customer service from Richer Sounds. I will never go anywhere else. Thanks

The store manager, Tony, was so helpful and patient both in store and on the phone. He listened carefully to what I needed and offered products and solutions without any pressure. Would highly recommend the service provided. Thank you.

I went to my local Richer Sounds with something in mind for travelling and arranged an audition. However, after explaining what I wanted, the sales person suggested something else, which, on initial listening from the showroom floor, sounded and looked ideal. Better, in fact.
I organised to audition the following week informing that I will be bringing some of my own source equipment, which happens to be a Sony Pro Walkman and MD player (I still record to tapes).
I arrived at the store without confirming but was duly made welcome as the team set up the speakers I was auditioning. After about an hour, I was convinced by what I had seen and heard, and decided to make the purchase.
The staff were very informative as I would not have usually considered an active speaker system but it turned out that the equipment had everything I required which I would not have known about without the knowledge from the staff.

I am not usually generous with my reviews - but the service I received from Matt in the Norwich shop (via phone) as faultless.

I wanted to support the shop rather than Amazon - and it did exactly what other shops should do.

Expert friendly advice - that actually saved me a lot of money by offering the right guidance and ensured I didn't buy equipment I didn't need.

Also phoning them up - gave me advice on discounts I was unaware of online.

Brilliant service and a model for other shops to follow. Thanks Matt and the Richer Sounds service.

Great customer service very informative on what they sell very good experience

Having ordered on line I then decided I’d rather pick up in person as it would save the hassle of waiting in for the delivery and the thought of how would the delivery company handle the item. One quick phone call sorted out the online order over to a click and collect, hence I was able to pick up my purchase the next day, excellent service all round. When I arrived at the Norwich shop I was looked after so well, good old fashioned customer service, I will without hesitation use Richer Sounds again.

I purchased from Richer Sounds many many years ago - so when I was looking for a smart speaker I asked their advice. We had various back and forth and I bought the one they recommended. Unfortunately it didn’t do what I needed it to in the end, although it was a great speaker. However, this was not RS fault at all. Its turns out that despite being advertised as voice activated - it turns out that you cannot link to Spotify, via the Alexa set up. It took a conversation with Denon to establish that this is actually impossible to do. As this was a key feature, RS allowed me to return the speaker for a full refund and even arranged for the collection from my house. RS couldnt have know this was the case - it was down to Denon not flagging it on their product.
It's how a company acts when things go wrong that is the true marker of a good business and they honestly couldnt have been better - I was just sorry I couldnt purchase from them in the end.

Well, firstly I rang up last week to discuss a potential replacement for my own old record deck. I had decided on a Pro-Ject but not which model. My chat was with Roger on the day and he was friendly, knowledgeable and very very helpful. I finished that conversation having decided what model I would purchase.
I then rang Monday afternoon and spoke to Seb who took my order and again was very helpful and friendly and got my deck delivered the very next day.
What a fantastic service overall😀😀😀

I have shopped with Richer for twenty years and always get good and enthusiastic service, good prices, glitch free delivery and after sales support. Highly recommended.

All staff were very helpful, and in my case dealing with Tony ( from the Norwich branch ) specifically helped achieve the perfect system for my requirements, due to his extensive knowledge regarding what would work best for me, while keeping the costs down.

The tv I purchased is a EKO K24HSW, it’s for my cararvan. The delivery was only two days, the set up was very straightforward (I’m using the caravans own 4G wi fi) the only thing I was disappointed with was the sound, I got over the problem with a very cheap soundbar. For the price highly recommended *****

I want to move away from using Amazon for my purchases and to buy from British companies where possible.
My phone purchase was a positive experience. The sales person who helped me told me an item that was on back order was actually available in the Norwich store and put me straight through. The new sales person was also helpful and the whole ordering process was quick and simple. Was advised of a 5 working day delivery time but both items arrived in just 2 days. I'm absolutely delighted with the service and I'll use RS for my future audio needs

Seb in the Norwich store gave us lots of useful advice to enable us to choose our new TV. He was very knowledgeable and knew his products very well. He took time to explain the different technologies within current tvs and recommended various brands within our budget. An excellent experience and Richer Sounds will be our go to store in the future.
