The whole process of buying my new projector went as smooth as silk. I knew exactly what kind of treatment I could expect from the staff at Norwich, that is quick, respectful and efficient! They are also very knowledgeable and with the VIP club and it's six year guarantee, Richer Sounds is always my first port of call. Tony helped me on this occasion, but I know to trust any other staff member just as much. So thank you all at Norwich and I'm sure I will see you again soon!

Great shopping experience in Norwich store. Ended up buying a cd player for less than I planned to based on staff advice. That doesn't usually happen in retail? Asked me what else I was using, amp, speakers etc and recommended accordingly.

I bought a TV and a sound system from Richer Sounds a few years ago, and at the time, I was very impressed with the service and the deal I had. Because of this, I've just bought a new TV from them again; the salesperson, called Seb, was very patient and had good product knowledge, and yet again offered me a fantastic deal, which could not be matched anywhere else. The TV's picture & sound quility is amazing, and very easy to set up.

The notification (via email) system failed and I had to ring up the store. However that worked and I later bought a product.

Always a professional approach to the customer and their interest in a product they are looking into or aquiring, very good knowledge of the products they hold in stock and the accreditations and causes that are featured on the back page of the Thankyou booklet put Richer Sounds on a good footing too.

I phoned for advice and guidance, which Sam provided. I felt it was unbiased, and was focused on what I needed rather than what he wanted to sell me. With a choice made he was able to match a competitors price, and it was delivered promptly the next day. Very happy.

I purchased a LG 43 inch Smart TV yesterday. The staff were really friendly and helpful. When Tony showed me the remote for the TV I said I thought it was rather too complicated to use ( I am a 75 pensioner ! ). He showed the easier one to use general LG remote that you can buy , so I bought one of those and its much better and less confusing !. Thanks Tony for your help and advice ! Television is great too !. I would recommend Richer Sounds Norwich - friendly and a great help !.
