Superb service. Knew all the answers I needed to make a purchase of a LG C5 55" TV on the phone. Arrived at the shop, in Plymouth, and left literally 5 minutes later having purchased exactly what I wanted. TV arrived the following day. Courier was polite, helpful and had the TV connected to the LG SC9S soundbar/stand and watching it within 15 minutes of it being delivered. Awesome service would highly recommend.

I visited the Plymouth branch as a first time customer seeking advice on sub woofers for my sound system. Ben was very knowledgeable answering all my questions and I appreciated the opportunity to experience a demonstration. I purchased one in store and had some speaker cable made for me which I'm very pleased with. Many thanks Ben

Great customer service. Called the telesales number and spoke to a very helpful guy at the Plymouth store I think it was. The tv I wanted was not in stock and he advised me on a very similar model which was cheaper. I bought the model he advised and am very happy with the price and the tv. Delivery was next day. The delivery guys were very helpful. All round positive experience and the best price for a tv I have found. Would recommend. I will defuse them again in the future.

Polite, well informed, friendly, helpful staff who clearly enjoy their work. Competitively priced quality product making this store my one stop shop for my AV requirements. Only suggestion for the future is more predictive training as they can”t guess what I need when I walk in 100% of the time.

Hi. I knew the product that I wanted. I went to the local store in Plymouth, The person I dealt with was efficient, not condescending and didn't try and upsell additional products.
It was refreshingly brief and professional experience that proved to me that your company deserves it's excellent reputation.
You also used an excellent delivery company; the men who delivered the product were also very professional.

From the initial contact on the 'phone to the Plymouth branch to the collection 2 days later the service was 100%, I was even able to use some old vouchers that I had been sitting on for at least ten years, without any problems. Thanks guys

I was sent an earlier version of the product I ordered (mojo2 2025 rather than the 2026 version). The spec was different. The branch manager quickly offered a discount that was acceptable. I’m very happy with my purchase.

We went in to our local Richer Sounds here in Plymouth to take a look at the Sonos ER 100 smart speaker. We were expertly assisted and given plenty of space and time to consider before making a choice without any sense of pressure to make a decision or a purchase.
For these reasons and because the speaker impressed us, we went ahead and bought one.
