Ordered a new TV - seamless and great value for money - fitting crew were sublime

I needed a new 10m, HDMI cable and like trying to pick a toothpaste of a supermarket shelf found it a bit confusing! One 'phone call later and I was very satisfied that I had ordered the right one, due primarily to the knowledge of the staff.
Despite choosing the slowest form of delivery, what I ordered on Saturday arrived Tuesday... excellent

Always receive great service and advice from the Plymouth store nothing is too much trouble to them, ordered items always received promptly and well packed with excellent delivery service from DPD

Competitively priced quality brands sold by excellent helpful listening staff. Whenever possible I use Richer Sounds as I really appreciate the non pushed sensibly priced extended warranty options on the products, unlike the forcefully pushed commission earning overpriced warranty schemes sold by the major electrical outlets.

Another great experience at The Plymouth Store, I was given plenty of time to listen to different Floorstanding speakers and with the managers help decided on the right set, many thanks team Plymouth!

Ben was very knowledgeable about his job which made purchasing a new TV very easy. This is the first time I’ve purchased anything from richer sounds and it won’t be the last. Brilliant personalised experience which you can’t get with bigger chains like Curry’s but most of all they know what there talking about. The price point was cheaper than any where else. Great advice and help from Jamie at the Plymouth Branch. Purchased an Eversolo DMP A8, which is a great machine but fiddly to set up. Jamie was a great help in sorting things out.

Honest candid advice with no attempts to upsell to items that were more expensive, staff were exemplary

All went swimmingly by mail order. My amplifier came within a few days, and is performing well.

I visited the Plymouth store on a Tuesday where Jamie gave me a lot of help in choosing the right tv. The following day I phoned the store and ordered via Josh.
Despite not paying for express delivery the set was delivered on the Thursday.
This is the second tv I have purchased from the Plymouth store recently and on both occasions I have had brilliant service. I really appreciate being able to speak to someone knowledgeable face to face.

I try to buy from Richer Sounds if I can, but I thought that I would have to get from another retailer. I wanted a new 55 inch Samsung TV, but it was cheaper elsewhere. I rang the Plymouth shop and spoke to Ben who came up with a lower price so I quickly said yes. TV delivered a few days later and I'm very pleased with it. Thank you Ben!
