Very helpful did not have the tv in…

Very helpful did not have the tv in stock but searched all the other branches to find us one and said they would keep if for us as long as we like as having building work done on the house

After a courtesy call the item was ready for collection as stated.
Assistant Andy who was very pleasant, helped me carry and put the item in the car. It is not the first
time I have bought from Richer Sounds Prestwich
and have always been very satisfied with the courteous way I have been
treated.l

Very Good Shop & Staff

Staff were welcoming, friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. They sourced a better price & upgrade than I originally requested / expected. Even helped us take the goods to the car. (free parking opposite the shop). Items all good, installed & working great.

Ellis was brilliant

Ellis, dealing with telesales at the Prestwick branch was great. He was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I took his advice in it's totality. He didn't try to persuade me to go over budget or talk down to me.
The system of separates arrived the next day. I was impressed.
Unfortunately the first turntables motor was broken when it arrived. Needless to say, I was disappointed as I so wanted to hear my 40 plus year old "wish you were here" album.
Ellis did everything possible to make the swap for a working replacement easy and stress free. It was and I'm happily up and running.
I am so impressed by the products and the service. A big "thank you" to Richer Sounds.

I got what I wanted

I got what I wanted. The manager & assistant explained how the item worked, showed us how. Everything went O.K.

Great Service

Although our enquiry was a fairly simple one it was answered with clarity and honesty even though we ended up with a cheaper product.

We described our requirements and the TV is just what we need.
The salesman happily carried it to the boot of our car and gave us a friendly wave as we left.
Five year guarantee is icing on the cake.

I didn’t know that the 6year warranty…

I didn’t know that the 6year warranty value depreciated by 10% on my tv that could not be repaired so I didn’t get the price of a new equivalent tv and not even half the value back

Thank you for your feedback, I was really sorry to read that you experienced issues with your television however and appreciate it's frustrating that the item could not be repaired.

In the event that this happens under the free 6 year guarantee, we will typically issue a gift voucher taking into account the products age, nearly 6 years in this instance, which can be used to purchase a new unit. My apologies that you were disappointed with the amount of course, and whilst we far and away exceed the minimum recommendations for retailers’ responsibilities in this situations, we don't want you left feeling aggrieved for any reason.

I understand you have since received a new TV now, so I will arrange our customer service team to follow up with you and bring this to a happier conclusion..
