Richer Sounds - Prestwich レビュー 

I recently visited the Prestwich store and was helped by a guy called Ellis. He was incredibly helpful and immediately put me at ease after a stressful move had meant either I had a problem with my turntable or amp. Ellis helped me diagnose the problem was the amp and was trying his upmost to help me without me needing to spend anything. In the end it was best to get the amp replaced and Ellis stuck within my budget and got me a great deal on a new amp and am really happy with it. His colleague Dom was also really friendly and cheerful and helped Ellis with finding the right product for me, at no point did i ever feel pressured. I've always purchased from Richer Sounds and this experience proved to me why I always do. I'll be back soon for a CD player and maybe a cassette player

helpful store staff and deliver staff - nothing was too much trouble

Two assistants in Richer Sounds Prestwich didn't get names dealt with the younger of the two, nice to go into a store and speak with someone who knows their job. Pleasure to deal with. (The older one seemed a bit grumpy.

The people at Richer Sounds are helpful, and highly knowledgeable about audio-vision tech.
They have a very fair returns policy unlike other retailers, and the VIP Club is great with money off.
They even give you a brolly to keep if it's raining. Unfortunatley, it wasn't raining when I visited.

I like to say that richer sounds are brilliant . I was looking for a turntable in the clearance stock and two turntables stood out at me with my budget and I didn’t know which one to go for but the problem was one was near Manchester and the other was I Chester and I live in between them both . So I rang both shops up and asked questions about both turntables and Chester told me if it was his money then go for for the pro-ject turntable. And he was was right . Thank you to richer sounds.

Was after a system and called in. Noha was very good got me sorted with plenty of advice. Will definitely use again and recommend them. Thanks again guys excellent service.

Went looking for a sound bar and woofer the guy who served me gave me good advice he was’nt pushy new everything about the product I ended up by buying from them, Told me I would receive it in 3 days received it next day, great service would certainly shop there again.

Richer Sounds is my 1st choice when looking for entertainment equipment. Staff are very knowledgeable and take the time to listen to your requirements, advise on which equipment is suitable but only after spending time on finding what equipment is available in Stock.
Specialist delivery company assures you it will be handled with care and delivered in a timely manner well within the delivery window.
