Very very good customer service.
Attentive and professional response to a product issue - replacement dispatched to my home within an hour of returning the faulty product.

Friendly helpful & knowledgeable advice from Steve. You never feel like you are being hustled at Richer . Highly recommended.

I never made a purchase recently and yet they emailed and phoned me regarding a purchase I never made. I contacted the Romford branch in question and they were useless in dealing with my enquiry of non purchase and why they are using my information.They even told me when I asked about my purchase history that I've only ever made a purchase this month only when I've been shopping with them for over a decade. Something went wrong some where but they are clueless on what and tlfound it to funny, I'm not laughing.

Really nice experience, super helpful Joel in the Romford branch. Next day delivery 9.30am for a component they didn’t have in stock.. followed up with some solid tech support

We don't understand too much about technology, and wished to upgrade our surround sound system. We had a budget, which we advised the shop manager. Following his recommendations we spent two thirds of that. It would have been so easy for the shop to find a way to spend our budget. They did not, which is a huge credit to the positive customer experience

Good service helpful staff, competitive priceand long guarantee

The staff were really helpful. On the day of my purchase the headphones that I wanted were not in stock but the staff helped me with buying an alternative.

When I receive my order I will be happy to comment. Probably still out of stock.......UPDATE. I was told by the store manager that there is a delay for this item. I give the Romford store *****. They are always very helpful. My reaction was nothing to do with the Romford Store, it was Richer Sounds for asking for reviews before collection. Thank you all at Romford for your help.

Needed to replace my Yamaha 4.5 year old Sound Bar (which had stopped working whilst under previously purchased extended warranty). RS had collected it but found beyond either economical repair or parts availability. I was given a very generous credit towards the new Samsung SD60 Sound Bar when I called in to the Romford branch to discuss a suitable replacement. Very happy with my new product & the service received. I have purchased many items over the years from RS & if needed will purchase from them again.

After a very helpful call to romford store,I placed an order for collection next day. I had the call to collect and they explained 6 year warranty and also helped me to put it in the car.

Delivery man pleasant, but unfortunately due to my colour carpet I have a no wearing shoes indoors. The delivery man had no shoe covers, so he had to leave TV in my hallway.
Advice for the future would be ideal if you can supply shoes protectors for your delivery guys

Fantastic experience at Richer Sounds in Romford! I recently purchased a 55" LG G-Series TV and couldn’t be happier with both the product and the service. I wanted an item for my husband’s birthday but it didn’t appear to be readily available online. I called a store and not only did they have one in stock, it was shipped out and arrived the next day. The representative was very helpful and patient answering all of my questions. Payment was easy and the whole process felt hassle free. Ideal! Would highly recommend.

Fantastic service provided at the Romford store, got a great deal, I would always recommend going into store and talking to the experts to get all your questions answered and check if there are any deals not advertised online.

Ordered my item online to pick up in store,
DPD tracking also when arrived a nice friendly phone call to say item has been received at store, I arrived 20 minutes before opening, wasn’t a problem for the guys,opened up early & what a very warm friendly atmosphere by all staff. Romford store.
Very happy with my purchase with a massive knock down price, searched absolutely everywhere online no one could beat richer sounds on price. Very highly recommended.
