Speakers superb.

Always great to use a shop that have great knowledgeable staff. Bought many items over 40 years. Prices as well.

Richer sounds in Gidea Park are great. I wanted a tv for a visually impaired relative with a voice controlled remote so it was good to actually be able to speak to someone to discuss options. The TV recommended is perfect. I would urge anyone after Tv Hi Fi etc to go have a chat rather than blindly order on the internet. You will be really impressed with the range of goods and knowledge of staff.

Bought a brand new pro-ject turntable and when the box was opened it had a badly creased felt mat that when used made every vinyl record look warped, when spoke to a sales representative 2 hours after purchase I was told to iron it or leave it under a weight for a while, alternatively buy a new cork one available instore. Not the answer I should expect from a sales representative at a high end store (admittedly the store manager who sold me the item was not around at the time) however I am not happy, yes it’s only a mat but it should have been replaced immediately without hesitation. 5 stars for the manager who sold me the turntable and minus 5 stars for the guy I stroke to for his after sales service… NOT!!!

Good company .I’m not a hi fi purist ,that means I have a Ltd budget for equipment , but I try and buy quality for what I can afford . They offer good advice ,quality and value imho.

Visited the Romford/Gidea Park store for advice on a replacement CD player for our music appreciation group based at Hornchurch Library and as expected I received excellent service and good advice bearing in mind our limited financial budget. Thanks to Graham for his friendly and competent advice and assistance in the store.

I went to buy a new record deck but was undecided on which one to buy, all my questions were answered by the shop manager. All the discounts were taken off the purchase price without asking and we were told it could be 4 to 5 days for delivery. Delivery came the next day, the shop staff were very helpful and extremely efficient.

Knowledgeable member of staff. Really pleased with items purchased. Disappointed the items were not available to take away but were instead delivered the next day free of charge including some cable free of charge. Had to remind the salesman to deduct £10 for being a V.I.P. member.

Very helpful member of staff, had the item sent to me direct from another branch.
