I've been buying hi-fi, TVs etc from Richer Sounds since the late 70's, You deal with professionals, always get great advice, the best prices and a 6 year warranty you won't find anywhere else. If you have a problem they'll quickly sort it. 10/10.

We had a vague idea as to which TV we wanted, and the salesperson gave us great advice, quickly showing us the model which met all of our criteria. We arranged for the TV to be installed, and Nick was superb, setting up all of the apps and giving us great tips on how to get the best from our new TV.

Was sold a product by someone who knew what they were talking about and they did not try to steer me in the direction of the most expensive item. The salesperson was understanding when l had a temporary problem with my payment card. Have bought many products from this shop over the years and will continue to do so.

Having been a customer in the past, I had no hesitation in using Richer Sounds once again with my latest purchase ( a pair of Sonos era 100’s). Keen pricing, excellent website and delivery was super fast!

I arrived at the store 10 minutes before opening, but they let me in regardless and I purchased my turntable which I am extremely pleased with. A free 6 year warranty and they're allowing me to use the half price cartridge upgrade deal at a later date! Fabulous. Will be back very soon.
