Very good advice overall. I had limited options available but the sales assistant talked me through the options and insured what i chose would integrate into my existing set up. Item arrived next day.

Knowledgeable, friendly they really try to understand what works for you as an individual then go the extra mile to find the right solution for you. Keep it up Rob & Team, a credit to Richer Sounds and an absolute breath of fresh air Vs online or huge retailer blandness.

I made an online purchase, a OLED TV, collection etc was handled perfectly. If I have any concerns, its relating to the picture quality.... I am not sure, I am receiving the best quality picture, the ones in the shop. look better than the one I am getting, so a quick call from one of your experts to passify me would be great.

I bought a 75 inch tv 18 months ago. The screen has gone so Richer Sounds advised me to deal with the producers directly. They took several days to come and collect it and tell me it will take 2 weeks to repair ? So no World Cup in 75 inch tv for me. No involvement from richer sounds at all !!

I am not really one for leaving reviews. However, I have recently made a purchase from Richer Sounds in Southampton.
The items I purchased I was very unsure about. I mean it's all new technology to me.
However the purson I spoke to (Marc) was absolutely outstanding in every way.
Explained everything to me in a way I could understand. He was nothing short brilliant.

I live on the isle of Wight, we do not a dedicated Hi-Fi store here, so Richer Sounds in Southampton was my store.

Anyone thinking of upgrading or just buying a new piece of kit you must go to Richer Sounds in Southampton. You will not be disappointed.

The pickup cartridge produced a distorted sound and I replaced it with another I already had which improved the sound. This was not easy as the head is not removable.

Great service from Southampton. I walked in thinking of buying one amp and walk out with another the Taga Harmony. Really appreciated the advice and service from Marc and it's a great piece of kit. I might have to look at speakers next...
