All Good. I'm a Richer Sounds Customer for Life!

Prices no better than anyone else’s. Ordered an item online to collect in store. Box was damaged when I picked it up.

As a richer sounds customer for a number of years i am very please with the support from Tom at southampton branch in helping me choose my current purchase of the LG C5 55 inch tv.Once again richer sounds thankyou for your support.

After several question and seeking advice, James from the Southampton Richer Sounds team provided me with all the answers and recommendations. We ordered the products (TV and mount) around 14:30 and both items were delivered by 9:30 the following day. Excellent service.

Bought a new turntable. Happy with my purchase and after it was exchanged for a different brand. The first one bought on line didnt work & the local Southampton branch helped me resolve things. Very happy customer and I bought a couple of accessories too.

Recently bought a Denafrips Pontus 15th Ed after an in-store demo in Southampton. The unit had to be shipped to the store and a delivery date was confirmed. Unfortunately Richer Sounds were let down quite badly by the courier company and it was a few days later than expected. However, the recovery of the situation by James and colleagues was exceptional, and their determination to ensure my satisfaction was fantastic. As a long time customer of Richer Sounds I am well used to their brilliant customer satisfaction focus, and I can assure any prospective customers that the Southampton Store excels in every respect.

Very satisfied with recent purchase of a TV from Richer Sounds, including having made several other purchases over the years from the company. Although a minor issue occurred in the payment for the new TV it was all sorted out very amicably between us. The person I dealt with in the Southampton branch (Paul) was very helpful and courteous in his dealings with me. Would highly recommend buying from Richer Sounds.

Staff were knowledgeable and helpful

Originally bought a Yamaha amp that looked good and had a solid build and remote but sound was poor (esp with vinyl) and felt generally so underpowered. Called RS to exchange and they were great about it and ultimately upgraded to a Taga Harmony. Not sure if it's quite worth the money yet (esp as my speakers are not in same league in terms of cost, and the amps bit underpowered playing vinyl) but overall can't fault the service and RS (in contrast to when they started) now seem to focus on high end gear.

I have been a customer at richer sounds many years ago I was very pleased back then , and I found the staff very helpful and knowledgeable once again I was very pleased with the service, a very good service, thanks very much for all your help and assistance, many thanks from, David TIMMIS.

Having bought various items from Richer Sounds over the years their local branch is my first port of call when I need something. Their standard of service is first class and it's provided by pleasant and knowledgeable people.

First time I have visited Richer Sounds, needed a new Amp. Very welcoming atmosphere in there. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely go back

Friendly and attentive (Tom and James). Just wanted to put together a system for a summer house. They helped me match Amp and Speakers, CD player and speaker stands for what is a smallish area. Whilst budget equipment it sounfs great and just right for the space

Awesome experience, Marco sorted me out with a new surround sound system that was also great for music and looked excellent. Very happy with the whole experience ordering in store and it arrived the day after I moved in to new house as requested. Total confidence in Marco and richer sounds, I gave him a call when I’d moved in with dimensions for an extra speaker and quickly got a call back with excellent product at a great price, it arrived next morning. Can’t fault them in the Southampton store.

Friendly staff with excellent knowledge of products in Southampton shop. No pressure to choose a particular item, but showed comparisons well.
Next day delivery of one item and the second was also delivered within days and we were kept informed about this delivery. I would certainly visit Richer Sounds again for equipment I need.
