If you are looking for expert guidance on tv or audio then look no further , the staff at Richer Sounds are the best , very happy with there advise and now watching an Excellent LG G5 tv and listening to the tv through the LG Soundbar , can’t fault

Without doubt, Richer Sounds must be your first point of call if you are looking for TV or audio equipment. We went to Stockport branch in our search for a new TV since 2012. A lot has changed in the technology since then and spending time in the shop with Adrian and Matthew was informative, very courteous too, and so helpful, despite the number of questions we asked. I don't think I've experienced better customer service for such a long time. And on top of that the price and aftersales services are so competitive.

I wanted to purchase a new AV amp and a set of speakers. Though I had done considerable research I wanted to discuss options with Richer Sounds.

I have been a customer for over 20 years and value their experience, expertise, up to date product knowledge and honesty.

They were so helpful in assisting with my selection and came up with very reasonable cost.

My equipment was delivered as promised and I could not be happier with the whole process. I was contacted to ensure everything was as it should be and given advice on a setup query I had.

Great communication from the start, turntable well packaged and in pristine condition. Staff all helpful on collection, and a great price.

Collected an item of Hifi equipment ordered online, using a membership discount code which gave me almost 10% off, to be picked up in store.

No pressure from them to upsell, confirmed I’d ordered the correct item and I had taken out the extended warranty.

Whilst there I got a refund from a previous extended warranty which was unused from a purchase 6 years ago! This was professionally dealt with even though the original purchase was via PayPal which complicated things slightly, resulting in me receiving some accessories just above the value of the refund value. Proving RS honour their warranty promises without question.

Great company to deal with, I’ve been using them since the late ‘80’s & will continue to do so whenever I need any AV equipment!

Shoutout to Nate at the Stockport branch for his attention and advice helping my father choose a new CD model. He was super friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The branch had already arranged for the model to be shipped to the store for a demo - all round great service.

I wanted a small TV for my Mum and Curry’s was useless. They had what a wanted but none were available not even in stock and yet on display at their Macclesfield store!!!
Then thought of Richer Sounds (Stockport) and the service I got was excellent with a good 6 year guarantee from Panasonic. Will use them to replace my 26” Sony when it gives up the ghost.
Appreciated the car park opposite the store.

Rang the Stockport store about up grading my amp and cd player chose the recent release from Onkyo C30 cd player and P80 pre amp and M80 power amp. The order was dealt with in the same professional manner I have become used to in my 30 years of purchasing from the Store and I am very pleased with my purchase.
