Really helpful staff at Stockport when my Tv stopped working when I needed a replacement they went out of their way to be as helpful as possible and it’s much appreciated.

The information was very good and the tv was delivered next day and was in perfect condition thanks will carry on using Richer Sounds. Many thanks to the staff

This arrived ahead of the scheduled delivery time and I am extremely happy with the product.

Had to wait a while for the product. Had to ring shop 3 times enquiring.

Easy to order on the phone for click & collect at store, arrived on time, great service.

We called in to buy a soundbar, item wasn't in stock in the store. The member of staff, said it could be delivered next day to our house free of charge and then we asked a question about our cable needs and the member of staff again answered this question with promptly and efficiently.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff. I needed to discuss my purchase which I could not do if I bought online. It is much better to talk to someone when buying something technical. This is lost with online shopping. Also, the price was no more than buying online.
