Paul was extremely helpful and the television was delivered very quickly. John installed it for me a couple of days later and his expertise was absolutely amazing. I really appreciate the simplicity - for me - of the whole procedure with such assistance from Paul and John, so many thanks to both of you.

I went looking for better headphones and Oli at Swiss Cottage branch was very helpful and knowledgeable. He also discussed and demonstrated some other equipment I was interested in. Very good service without any pressure or hassles.

Oliver, my sales person was the best I have come across. I walked in because it was the closest branch, but I am so glad I did. Ended up buying a high end Cambridge Audio amp and a CD player. And at prices that matched anything online! Oli allowed me to take as much time as I needed, organised a demo to let me hear similar equipment, and never put any pressure. I will go back for more (big screen TV, etc.).

Filip at Swiss Cottage was very patient as I was very confused about choice. Once I had made a decision He expedited delivery for next day. Richer Sounds seems to have one of the most comprehensive selections of Hi Fi brands and related accessories available

Knowledgeable and helpful

Oli was very helpful. Made recommendations and provided all of them (and lots of time) to try them out in the back room. Came to my flat to install the tech (and the control app) to ensure everything worked properly. Followed up to make sure the turntable I bought for my son was working as well.

Great staff, products and prices

Bought a high end DVD player from Oli, who was very helpful about exchanging one unit for another and also showing me various TVs and stands. There was absolutely no pressure to buy or influence my choice. Good customer service is very rare today and this was exceptional.
