Great company with great people. We bought a big tv which unfortunately had a technical manufacturer issue. Contacted RS and they couldn't have been more helpful. Had a replacement tv within a couple of days. Very good advice and after sales service equals piece of mind on a big purchase. Thoroughly recommend this company.

Oli and his knowledge and support was first class. He tested the projector in the shop with me and I was so pleased he found the product to be an excellent purchase for me. It was a seamless journey from our first talk to taking the projector home. Very happy.

The staff at the shop were very helpful. The TV installer explained everything to us.

The people at Richer Sounds Swiss Cottage are actual people. They were there when I called, listened when I explained the problem (a faulty TV), and offered help. They were patient, thoughtful and keen to improve the situation. Refreshing.

I went looking for better headphones and Oli at Swiss Cottage branch was very helpful and knowledgeable. He also discussed and demonstrated some other equipment I was interested in. Very good service without any pressure or hassles.

Knowledgeable and helpful

Oli was very helpful. Made recommendations and provided all of them (and lots of time) to try them out in the back room. Came to my flat to install the tech (and the control app) to ensure everything worked properly. Followed up to make sure the turntable I bought for my son was working as well.
