Friendly Retail experience
Both the staff were helpful and sorted out my Leads for the speakers very friendly too any question i ask regarding Dvd players or cd players they answered my questions. I will be going back to same store again. Great Retail experience. I thank both the staff. O

Great but with one small issue
Generally good, but a failure of the shop assistant to notify me that my parcel, clearly labelled for pickup, had arrived. This meant that I rang to ask if it had arrived and had to collect it the following day. All the same, they were very apologetic, polite and helpful the following day. This was the reason for removing one star, but I am delighted with their 6-year guarantee and their excellent after-sales service. They remain very good value, and have a very clear website.

Was able to ask the person serving for advice, be sure of compatibility with what I had. Very clear about Delivery/ Collection, and they phoned me to let me know it had arrived, as promised.

Once again, perfect service from this company. Ordered TV on the Thursday, delivered next day, Friday. I would like to add, this company honour the warranty given with your purchase. I had a problem with my last TV. It was collected, repaired, and delivered. No quibbles.
