Very pleased with the helpful service which I received at the Swiss Cottage branch, when buying a new turntable.

Grateful to Oli and Phillip for their outstanding customer support. We bought a projector based on wrong measurements, and they were fantastic in helping us find an alternative and making the exchange very smooth. We've been shopping at Richer Sounds Swiss Cottage for 12+ years for their great customer service!

Although a quiet store, the manager listened to my needs, knowledgeable about products, able to provide relevant information, so I could make a decision that im very happy with and sounds great. They even did a price comparison and offered the same equipment id seen elsewhere at a cheaper price! 👍

I recently upgraded my hi-fi set up (new speakers, amplifier, and CD player) and booked a demonstration at the demo room at Richer Sounds in Swiss Cottage. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. The team was absolutely fantastic and incredibly helpful. It’s been my second visit there, and each time I was impressed by the highly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly staff there. Especially Andre went above and beyond when he prepared three different pairs of speakers and two different amplifiers for me to listen to. His excellent advice, patience, and super friendly manner helped me to make an informed buying decision, not to mention the unbeatable discount I got during the Black Friday event. I thoroughly enjoyed this shopping experience and I am very happy with my purchase. I can’t recommend this place and the team highly enough. This will be my go-to address for everything hi-fi for the years to come. Well done to Andre and the team at Richer Sounds in Swiss Cottage!

The Swiss Cottage Branch Manager very helpful in giving detailed explanations on the ultra bar was out of stock but Filip managed to source it from other branch keep it up

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Oli in particular was extremely helpful in explaining things and locating the exact turntable I wanted. So a well-deserved 5 stars. Majority on the other hand would get only 1 star for providing the turntable without the drive belt attached. But Richer Sounds came to the rescue and sorted it out with their after-sales service. A good reason to buy in person and not online.

Store manager Filip was very helpful and assisted me in choosing between several systems. He explained delivery options and also explained how to set up the product.
