Was able to negotiate price under the price promise. Great service and delivered the same time under free standard delivery as if I had paid for delivery ! Fantastic !

I spoke to a customer service representative over the phone to Richer Sounds and inquired about buying a new TV. They couldn't have been more helpful and answered all of my questions as well as reminding me about the deals they have on offer for that particular model.

Upon ordering the TV and scheduling a delivery, they kept me up to date with when and where to expect it. They were very friendly the entire way through and I am pleased with my purchase, especially the warranty.

My only suggestion would be to have the ability to recycle TVs be online, in addition to being phone and instore only. It seems odd that I can only request an existing TV to be recycled if I order it over the phone.

Overall my experience was good. However, I did not know how long my order would take to fulfil as it was placed with the manufacturer. So, an update of when I could expect it would have made my feedback 5 stars seeing you ask! The Teac 701T I received is excellent and it did arrive within a reasonable time.

Great experience buying a hi fi rack and arranging for delivery on a specific day. I dealt with John who was very helpful and efficient. Delivery was exactly as requested.

I have made quite a few purchases from richer sounds over the last few montha to make my cinema room/media wall pop. The Philips Oled TV I just purchased has an excellent picture and is about as large as I would wish to go in the space. But the sound by the klipsh reference 5.1.2 speakers are the stars of the show. All supplied by Richer Sounds who have been excellent with advice, communication, price and delivery

The telesales team at Richer sounds really shone through when I was making my purchase. They found me the best price and helped me to pick a suitable day. The amazing service I always expect from Richer Sounds. The delivery was OK, but the box had been bashed a little bit by the delivery company (who clearly had a massively overloaded van).

From the moment I called I found the sale rep very easy to talk to,
He described all I asked about the LG G5 that I needed to know.
Including the fitting of the tv to the wall bracket provided with the unit.
Ordering was simple even added a discount for one thing or another and added a free LG Dolby atmos sound system for free.
Delivery was second to none
I was asked if I wanted next day delivery for £19.95 to which I declined as I was not in any hurry to receive the Tv
To my amazement the tv arrived the next day anyway

The chap I spoke to was very helpful and gave me a solution I hadn’t thought of… have used richer sounds plenty of times over the years and always find the staff to be very knowledgeable, courteous and above all very helpful… will definitely use you again.

Excellent service, and great to talk to humans to clarify some issues with the payment. I originally spoke to a local store who advised and gave me the contact number so I could resolve my query.
Brilliant that the item was competitively priced and I was able to use a first order discount code plus my Blue Light card!
Delivery was super quick (2 days when ordered on the weekend).

Good clear communication and a £100 price reduction on the amplifier I needed. Prompt delivery but DPD did not deliver to my address even though I made sure I was home when the package was expected.
