Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Made the whole process easy. Went to another branch in Swiss Cottage for follow-up cables and they were equally good.

Quick to answer the phone, providing useful information. Reserved TV by my name only. Easy to pick up and good service in shop, offering to carry tv to car. Comprehensive receipt with no need to register 6 year guarantee. Follow up call from shop check if everything was ok with the tv and installation. Overall, excellent service at a very competitive price.

Heather was extremely helpful and efficient when I called to see when my Sonos Sub Mini was going to arrive for collection. She was not in the store when I collected the Sub Mini, and the other members of staff present were also really helpful and efficient.

Sales person Lloyd was very helpful and knowledgeable and answered all the questions and was courteous.
He provided unbiased information that helped me to decide which TV to buy. Also purchased another item a week before Christmas but then I changed my mind and returned it upon receipt of delivery with no questions asked.

On top of that there was a price drop on Boxing day and again provided price difference credit on phone without any quibble and without having to go to the shop again.

I am very please with the Top service of Richer Sounds staff. Brilliant !

I phoned the Watford branch to find out if the article we wanted was in stock. The phone was answered promptly and I was told it was. We then drove to the branch, parked in their parking space, there was plenty of helpful and knowledgeable staff, the speaker we wanted was demonstrated to us, all in all a pleasant buying experience.

As always a swift and easy whay to buy some great tech!
